车前通淋汤治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热下注证60例临床观察及研究

【摘要】 目的：观察车前通淋汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效且进行分析，并对有关文献进行回顾。方法：对60例门诊及住院的慢性前列腺炎患者，随机分为车前通淋汤治疗组(30例)及前列回春对照组(30例)，观察比较治疗前后各指标的变化情况。结果：1．治疗组总有效率为93.33％，对照组总有效率为70.0％，P＜0.05，两组总有效率比较具有显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组；2．在改善临床症状，尤其对于改善前列腺液中白细胞、卵磷脂小体状况、中医主要证侯及前列腺触诊等方面，两组比较有显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组。结论：车前通淋汤对于慢性前列腺炎具有良好的清利湿热通淋的作用，治疗的疗效可靠，且未发现毒副作用。中医药治疗慢性前列腺炎具有广阔的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: The Observation on CheQianTongLinTang(CQTLT) in the treatment of Chronic Prostatitis even process analysis,and comprehensive analysis of the literatures. Methods: The clinical data of 86 cases of chronic prostatitis were analysed.Totally 60 patients were randomized into study group(30) and control group(30). Changes of indexes were observed before and after the treatment.RESULTS: 1.The overall response rate in therapeutic group was 93. 33%, The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%, (P<0.05).Besides, comparison of the total effective rate in the two groups also showed significant difference. The treatment group were better than the control group.2. On improving the clinical symptoms. Especially on improve leukocytes, lecithin corpuscle, the main of major Chinese medicine syndrome and palpation of the prostate. There are significant difference between two groups. The treatment group were better than the control group.CONCLUSION: CheQianTongLinTang has the satisfactory effect on treatment of Chronic Prostatitis. The method was reliable, and there was not any ill effect. Treatment of Chronic prostatitis by traditional Chinese medicine and material medica (TCM)has a wide development prospection.更多还原
