“引气归元”推拿法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

【摘要】 目的：观察“引气归元”推拿法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：本课题将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组进行临床观察。治疗组应用“引气归元”推拿疗法，对照组应用常规推拿法。治疗时间均以十天为一疗程，且规定以不超过三个疗程(三十天)对两组患者分别进行组内治疗前后的对比，并且进行两组间疗效比较。结果：“引气归元”推拿法30例：临床痊愈25例，显效4例，有效1例，无效0例；常规推拿组30例：临床痊愈20例，显效7例，有效3例，无效0例。结论：经过对两组患者治疗前后疗效的统计学分析，“引气归元”推拿法和常规推拿法对腰间盘突出症都有很好的疗效，但是“引气归元”推拿法又略优于常规推拿法，有必要进行临床大样本的继续研究，为腰椎间盘突出症开辟独特的更有效的治疗途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of yin qi gui yuan tui na in treating Protrusion of Lumber Disc (PLD) and discuss deeply about its operating mechanism. Methods: 60 patients diagnosed PLD were divided into two groups by random, among these patients,therapeutic group (30) were treated by yin qi gui yuan tui na, contract group (30) were treated by traditional regular tui na,30 days was a course of treatment. Results: The clinical observing shows that yin qi gui yuan tui na could obviously reduce the cumulative scoring of clinical symptoms of patients. After yin qi gui yuan tui na treatment, the effective rate was up to 83.3% and the difference was significant compared to the contract group (P<0.05) .It explains that the treatment of yin qi gui yuan tui na is better than traditional regular tui na in improving clinical symptoms of patients.Conclusion: Clinical studows the follows: The effect of two methods are good,but the curative effect of yin yi yui yuan yui na is better than traditional regular tui na in treating PLD.
