【摘要】 党的十六大明确提出“信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择”,并把“大力推进信息化”作为21世纪头20年经济建设和改革的主要任务之一,提出走“以信息化带动工业化”的新型工业化道路。在这样的大环境下,通过信息化促进经济增长,推进农业现代化以及农村经济发展,已成为当前经济建设和社会发展中的一个战略性问题。海南农垦集团在海南农业中占有重要的位置,是海南农业的主力军。她的发展代表了海南农业的发展。面对经济知识化和信息化的趋势,农垦如何应对国际化竞争,利用现代信息技术手段,加快自身发展,为地方农业和农村发展提供信息支持,促进农业现代化发展是需要研究的紧迫课题。对海南农垦信息化建设研究不仅对海南热带农业快速持续发展有重要的推动作用,而且对全国农垦的信息化建设也有着重要的借鉴意义。本文的基本思路及框架如下:第一章,导论。论述了本文的选题背景,研究意义以及本文研究的重点、难点以及可能创新之处,并简要介绍了国外农业组织或企业信息化发展现状以及对我国农垦信息化建设研究做了一个详细综述。第二章,海南省农垦集团信息化发展的内涵与理论依据。本章是本文的理论基础,阐述了信息化的相关概念和内容,并探讨了海南农垦信息化建设的可能理论依据。第三章,海南省农垦集团信息化发展评述。本章介绍了海南省农垦集团发展现状,着重描述了其信息化发展状况,并在此基础上分析农垦集团信息化建设中存在的障碍极其不足。第四章,海南省农垦集团信息化发展的战略思路。本章是全文重点之一。从宏观角度探讨了海南农垦集团信息化建设的总体战略部署,提出了具体的战略目标、战略重点、战略思路及发展模式。第五章,海南省农垦集团信息化建设发展对策。本章是全文的创新点所在。提出从信息化基础设施层、信息化支撑层和信息化应用层这三个方面来具体部署信息化建设方案,并提出建设对策。且本章借鉴企业管理信息化的相关内容和方案设计符合农垦实际的信息化建设方案;在农业信息技术应用方面,提出了适合农场农业生产的几套方案。第六章,结论与后续问题探讨。本文通过理论与实践研究,得出信息化发展是海南省农垦集团快速、跨越发展的有效途径,且其信息化建设刻不容缓的结论。并对本文研究中存在的不足与后续研究做了简要说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was explicitly pointed out at the 16th Party Congress that informization is an inevitable choice for accelerating the industrialization and modernization of China.Vigorous advancement of informization has been identified as a major task in economic development and reform for the first of facilitating industrialization with two decades of the 21S` century and a new strategy informization has been proposed. Against this background, it has become a strategic issue in the current economic and social development to increase economy, promote agricultural modernization progress and develop the rural economy through informization.Hainan agronomic group is the main force of Hainan agriculture, and play an important role in Hainan agriculture. Its development reflects the development of Hainan agriculture. It is a necessitous researches on how to react to the international competitions and utilize the new information technologies to improve its developing progress, support information resources for the rural areas’development and accelerate the modernization of agriculture. The study on Hainan agronomic group informization is not only benefit for the sustaining development of Hainan tropical agriculture but also has the reference functions to other agronomies in our country. For these reasons, this discourse studies the hainan agronomic group informization.The main design and structure of this thesis is as the following: The first chapter is an introduction to the research background, objectives, significance, literature at home and abroad, contents and methodology.The second chapter is about basic concepts and theoretical implications, including the concept and content of informization, the specific contents of Hainan agronomic group informization and its economics theories.The third chapter describes the actuality of Hainan agronomic group informization and analyzes the weaknesses of informization progress.The fourth chapter offers an overview of strategy through of Hainan agronomic group informization. It discusses the overview strategy dispose for Hainan agronomic group informization from the macroscopical angle and put forward the concrete strategy objectives, strategy emphases and development model. The fifth chapter expatiates on the blue print of informization development for the informization basic establishments level, informization support level and informization application level. And in the chapter, it designs the suitable informization management plan based on enterprise informization management plan. And put forwards some strategies for agronomic agriculture production.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Through the thoery and practice study, this discourse gains the conclusion that informization buliding is the effective way for Hainan agronomic group’s speedy development, and the group should carry out informization buliding plan immediately. And then explains the weeknesses and future study of this paper.更多还原
