电厂水力除灰系统管道防垢及运行优化技术研究

【摘要】 火力发电厂以燃煤为主,生产过程中产生大量的粉煤灰等尘状污染物,目前多数火力发电厂采用水力湿法除灰系统。输灰管道结垢问题的存在使电厂每年都要投入大量的人力、物力和巨额的资金来处理。本文分析了影响火电厂除灰系统结垢的影响因素,以莱城电厂的除灰系统为研究对象,分析了其输灰管道的运行状况以及结垢的原因;通过调研比较后采用了能满足防垢效果和环保要求及运行费用经济的高频电磁场水处理技术,分析了其在灰水除垢的作用机理以及防垢评价,进而提出减缓输灰管道结垢的有效措施,为电厂节能降耗提供重要的理论依据。

【Abstract】 The fossil-fired power plant mainly is coal-fired. The huge amount of smut as the pollution produced in the processing of coal-firing is cleaned with hydraulic ash sluicing pipes. Scaling of ash sluicing pipes is a problem widely existing in hydraulic ash sluicing pipes of fossil-fired power plant. Tremendous manpower, material resource, and capital have been employed to solve this problem. This paper is to analyze the factors of fouling, analyze the performance and the fouling reasons of Lai Cheng power plant, adopt the high frequency electromagnetic field to the ash water , indicate the effective measures to reduce the scaling in ash sluicing pipes, and provide the theory for energy saving in power plant.
