振动信号分析在旋转机械故障诊断中的应用

【摘要】 现场的旋转机械故障是复杂的,由于信号的非平稳性、故障原因的多样性、故障征兆与故障之间不确定性、故障的混合性等原因,故障与征兆之间不完全是一一对应的关系,实际从事设备振动分析诊断时,应充分掌握各种设备信息,灵活运用振动原理与测量技巧,将经验与专业知识有机地融合,才能有效的实现故障诊断。本文在振动诊断理论的基础上,分析了现场振动信号诊断应注意的问题;结合有关案例分析,对局部不平衡故障、联轴器破坏、基础松动等故障的现场诊断技巧进行了总结;在实际工作中,应高度重视振动的发展变化过程,对于振动突然增大、增大后又减小的情况,往往预示了故障的发展加快,应加强监测;虽然目前滚动轴承诊断标准中以振动速度为依据,振动加速度仍然是进行滚动轴承诊断的重要参数。

【Abstract】 The fault of rotating machinery is complex in industrial spots. Because of non-stationary signal, diversity, multi-faults, uncertainly between symptom and fault, fault do not correspond to the symptom exactly. With the complicity of the fault, It is effective to combine experience and professional knowledge in practical fault diagnosis. The application problem in vibration diagnosis analyzed in this paper based on the vibration and diagnosis theory. With case analysis, the diagnosis technique of local unbalance, coupling damage, pedestal looseness concluded. The variety of vibration is an important fault symptom. Vibration variety, for example, sudden accretion, increase and then decrease, indicate fault is growing, examine or regularly monitor is obligatory. Vibration acceleration is a important parameter in rolling bear diagnosis, in despite of the international standard is based on velocity.
