水工碾压混凝土施工质量控制研究与实践

【摘要】 碾压混凝土筑坝技术以其施工速度快、工期短、造价低及良好的质量性能等优点得到迅猛发展和广泛应用。但其不同于常态混凝土的材料选配和施工工艺上的特点决定了其质量控制的复杂性和特殊性,如果施工措施不当或控制不严,就容易产生质量缺陷。本文从水工碾压混凝土性能特点出发,依据工序质量控制理论,并结合实际工程应用提出以工序质量控制为重点的有效的碾压混凝土施工质量控制方法和理论,为水电站工程管理、施工者在碾压混凝土施工方面提供管理思路和科学决策依据。本文开篇阐述了作者的立题背景和施工质量控制的任务和方法,重点论述了工序质量控制的内容和步骤,接着分析水工碾压混凝土质量特点及施工质量控制要点,按碾压混凝土施工工序进行质量因素分析和质量控制方法研究,据此总结的实用性施工质量控制方法成果应用于乐滩水电站碾压混凝土施工实践,取得良好的工程质量,最后得出完善的管理体系保证基础上的工序质量控制可以确保碾压混凝土的施工质量的结论。

【Abstract】 Owing to the merit of rapid construction, shorter working-day, lower cost and high quality, dam construction technique of roller compacted concrete(RCC) have been swift and violent develop and extensive use. The different characteristic of material selection and process engineering between RCC from normal concrete has determined the complexity and special on quality control. Once the RCC construction measure unsuitable or control not strict, the mass defect will occur easily. In this paper, performance characteristics and various factors that affect the quality of hydraulic RCC were analysed according to Processes Quality Control theory. By composing with real engineering, points in quality control of main processes and quality control measure of RCC were put forward, and these will provide the managemen train and the scientific basis of dicision to managers and builders of hydroelectric RCC project。In the beginning of this paper, the background of research job were explained, the mission and method of construction quality control were discussed. The contentand step of Processes Quality Control theory were strengthened. Simultaneously, the characteristic of hydraulic RCC and the points in quality control were analysed, quality factor analysis and quality control method research were developed according to the processes of RCC construction Consequently, useful quality control method were observed, and this has been used for the RCC construction quality control of Letan hydropower station and get good engineering quality. Finally, come to a conclusion of that processes quality control which based on a perfect management system would densure RCC construction quality.
