【摘要】 改革开放20多年来，我国的商业企业以其独特的人才、资金、设施和信誉等优势创造了辉煌的经营业绩，在商品流通中发挥着重要作用。在我国加入WTO后，外资商业企业巨头纷纷在中国市场上抢滩登陆，对我国商业形成了巨大的冲击。面对冲击，我国商业企业必须正确认清形势和差距，不断完善，提高自身的核心竞争力，才能在与国际商业大鳄的竞争中求得生存并壮大发展。因此，借助企业诊断来查找企业存在的问题，提出解决办法，从而提高企业管理水平和经济效益，是我国商业企业的迫切需要。本课题以广西研究生科研创新项目《商业企业智能化计算机辅助诊断系统BICAS》为背景，并作为梁戈夫教授主持的国家自然科学资金项目《企业管理诊断适用方法体系研究》的后续研究，通过调研获取广西XL公司的经营数据，输入到BICAS企业诊断系统中，生成该企业的包括财务诊断、营销诊断、人力资源诊断及运营诊断在内的综合性的企业经营诊断分析报告书，并将分析报告书与该企业实际情况相验证，从而检验系统的可行性和实用性。本课题的研究成果对企业诊断的过程和方法提供了一定的理论支持和相应的软件支持，具有较强的可操作性和扩展性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening-up policy has been practice for more than 20 years, Chinese commercial enterprises create a lot of glorious achievements depending on its unique advantages such as brains, funds, facilities and prestige etc. Meanwhile, they play an important part in circulation of commodities. When China accede to WTO, titans of foreign investment commercial enterprise enter Chinese domestic market and display keen competition, which bring severe impact to Chinese commercial line. For this reason, Chinese commercial enterprises ought to be aware of the situation nowadays and the differences from the foreign magnate properly, and then perfect and improve themselves on core competition step by step to pursue existence for a long time and development in the competition with the international magnates. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary for Chinese commercial enterprises to find out the problems existed in their enterprise through the business consulting, and then raising the settlement, upgrading the management and increasing economic profits.With a background of Guangxi postgraduates scientific innovation project named Commercial Enterprise Intelligentized Computer-Aided Consulting System (BICAS), at the same time, as a follow-up research of a State natural Science funds project Research on Method System of Business Management Diagnosis which led by Liang Gefu, the paper introduce the survey of Chinese commercial enterprise, the development of business diagnosis, and its research significance at first; and then, it introduce the guiding ideology of developing a commercial enterprise intelligentized computer-aided consulting system and the functional modularity of the system; at last, it introduce the practical use of BICAS in commercial enterprise and the necessary improvement of the system. The data of Guangxi XL Company, which is gained by the research, is input into BICAS to generate some comprehensive enterprise business diagnosis analysis reports of the company, including the aspects of finance, marketing, human resource, and business operating. These reports are verified by the actual situation of the company for testing the feasibility and practicality of the system.With much maneuverability and expansibility, the fruit of the paper provide with a support on theory and software in some degree to the process and method of enterprise diagnosis.更多还原
