【摘要】 教育管理的法制化是教育管理现代化的基本特征。在我军实施依法治军的背景下,军队院校教育管理必然走向法制化的道路。本文主要立足于我军院校现行教育法规体系建设的问题分析,针对存在的问题提出建设性的建议和思考。论文首先对外军,主要是美军和俄军院校教育法规体系的现状进行了分析,归纳出教育法规体系建设的经验和发展趋势,旨在为我军院校教育法规体系的建设提供参考;其二,对我军院校教育法规体系的历史和现状进行了分析,试图较好地把握现行我军院校教育法规体系建设中的不足。在此基础上,论文针对我军院校教育法规体系建设中存在的问题进行深入的理论分析(包括法理学分析和教育学理论分析)和举例论证。最后,针对问题提出完善我军院校教育法规体系建设的若干思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The legislation of the education management is a basic characteristic of the educate management’s modernization. Under the background of managing our army according to the law, military academies necessarily tend towards the methods of education management’s nomocracy. The thesis is mostly established in problem analyzing of educational code system construction about military academies. Then in allusion to existent problems the author puts forward constructive suggestions and thoughts. First, the thesis summarizes the experience and development trend of educational code system construction and provides references for educational code system construction of our military academies by analyzing actualities of foreign military academies, primarily American and Russian ones. Secondly, by analyzing the history and actuality of educational code system of military academies, the author try to understand deficiencies of educational code system of military academies.At last, by analyzing from theoretics(include juristic theoretics and pedagogic theoretics) and the demonstrate from illustration about the problems, the author brings forward some thoughts to perfect educational code system of military academies.更多还原
