【摘要】 18、19世纪是计量技术由古代度量衡走向现代计量技术的关键时期,同时也是一个军事技术飞速发展和工艺发达的时期,作为军事技术核心的武器技术与计量技术存在着错综复杂的关系。本文以18、19世纪枪械革命为例,在大量技术史料的基础上,从计量器具、计量标准和计量管理三个方面对枪械革命进行了考察分析。从计量器具的角度分析了枪械中的技术革新,从计量标准的角度分析了枪械的批量生产,从计量管理的角度分析了枪械的专业化。进而得出计量器具是军事技术的物质基础、计量标准是军事技术的观念先导和计量管理是军事工业的专业保障的结论,由此归纳出计量技术由技术领域向军事领域、社会领域扩张的递增规律和计量技术与军事技术互动发展的规律。在此基础上,分析了现代战争条件下对计量技术保障的需求,并结合我军计量技术保障现状,进行了对策分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 18th and 19th centuries are a key period when Weihgts and Measures in Ancient Times stepped into the measurement technology, and also a period when the military technology and crafts made the most rapid development. Weapon technology as the key of military technology has a complex relationship with measurement technology.This thesis, based on sufficient historical materials of technology, analyzes the gun revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries from the three perspectives: measurement tools, measurement criteria and measurement management. Gun’s technology renovation, manufacturing, and professionalization are analyzed respectively from the angles of measurement tools, measurement criteria, and the measurement management. A conclusion is drawn that measurement tools are the material basis of military technology; measurement criteria leads its new concept; and the measurement management guarantees the professionalization of military industry. From this, it can be drawn that measurement technology expands through technological field to military and social fields, and that measurement technology and military technology has an interacting development. Based on the conclusion,this thesis analyzes the demand of measurement technology in modern warfare conditions,and proposes corresponding solutions on the status of the PLA.更多还原
