制造系统中机械系统现代人—机—环境理论与工程研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,人机工程学理论被引入到机械制造加工行业尤其是精密机械加工中。这些理论为企业注射了新鲜的血液,并提供了宝贵的发展机遇。本科题在山西省自然科学基金的资助下研究人、机、环境之间的相互关系,把人的因素作为系统设计的重要条件和原则,使系统成为简便、省力、安全、可靠、高效、舒适的人-机-环境系统提供一种新的理论依据和方法。论文中对精密机械加工中人机工程学理论的应用作了一定的探讨,并对精密机械加工中操作者的技能和疲劳的评价方法进行了探索。操作信息的研究则是一系列深化研究的基础,它不但体现了操作者的操作状态,还影响着产品的质量。为了研究人机工程的应用,本论文对从事精密机械加工中操作者的操作信息和疲劳信息进行了分析研究。其中操作信息包括切削力、转矩、手轮的回转速度、重心移动轨迹、作业时间和作业误差;疲劳信息包括主观疲劳(主观调查表)和客观疲劳(闪光融合值)。为了保证研究结果的科学性,在研究中建立的机械系统反映了真实的机械系统的要求和条件,同时在检测环节也尽可能地实现了在线检测。最后利用线性多元回归分析对操作者技能水平和疲劳进行了推定分析,经分析得出可以对操作者进行技能评价和疲劳评价的操作因素。

【Abstract】 With the development of science, many ergonomics opinions have been introduced into the machining industry especially in precision machining. These ideas inject fresh blood into enterprises and offer precious development opportunity. Supported by Shanxi natural science foundation, the relationship of man, machine, and environment is studied. The humane factor is the important condition and principle of system design. A new theory and method is supplied to make system more convenience, save labors, safe, trustiness, efficient, comfortable. In this paper, the ergonomics theory applications in precision machine is studied, and the skills and fatigue evaluation of operators in precision machine is explored. The operational information is the fundament of advanced research, so its effects on operators and the production quality must be well commanded. Aiming at studying the human interface, the operational and fatigue information in precision machining have been measured in this paper. This operational information is comprised of cutting force, torque, speed of hand wheel rotation, length of locus, task time and task error. The fatigue information is comprised of subjective fatigue (measured by the checklist) and objective fatigue (critical flicker fusion frequency (CFF)). In order to ensure the precision, we found the mechanical system according as the real request and condition; we realized the on-line measurement as well as possible. In the end, the skill level and the fatigue of operators are understood by multiple regression analysis. The result found theses operational information which can understand the operators’degree of fatigue and skill level.
