口服福尔马林对绵羊采食量、消化代谢的影响

【摘要】 本研究给饲喂精料型的羔羊(试验1、2,体重分别为14.3和24.1Kg,n=3)和饲喂粗料型日粮的母羊(试验3,体重54.3,n=5)口服福尔马林,以研究口服福尔马林对绵羊采食和消化代谢的影响。结果表明:口服福尔马林使羔羊的采食量从929.0±108.8增加到1329.2±269.0克/羊/日(试验1)、从1124.8±155.9增加到1701.1±465.9(试验2),母羊的采食量从1632.3±118.3增加到1746.4±201.2(试验3);羔羊的氮保留从16.01±2.87增加到21.45±0.24克/羊/日(试验1)、从16.33±3.64增加到25.05±1.40(试验2),母羊的氮保留从9.39±3.02增加到12.82±2.70(试验3);羔羊的日增重从207.6±30.3提高到328.8±78.3克/羊/日(试验1)、从204.5±2.3提高到310.6±34.7(试验2)。母羊的日增重从75.0±15.3提高到92.5±24.4(试验3);然而,口服福尔马林不显著影响绵羊日粮的消化率。本研究表明,口服福尔马林可大幅提高绵羊的生产性能。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the lambs (Experiment.1 and 2, the average weight are 14.3Kg and 24.1 Kg respectively, n=3) fed with their diets, almost made of concentrated feed. The Small Tail Han sheep (Experiment.3, the average weight is 54.3 Kg, n=5) fed with diet, almost made of corn straw. We study on the effects of drinking formalin on the intake, digestion and metabolism of lambs and SmallTail Han sheep. The results show that, drinking formalin can increase the intake of experimental animals, from 929.0±108.8 to 1329.2±269.0g/lamb/d(Experiment.1),from124.8±155.9to1701.1±465.9g/lamb/d(Experiment.2),andfrom1632.3±118.3to1746.4±201.2g/sheep/d(Experiment.3).the retention of Nitrogen increase,from16.01±2.87to21.45±0.24g/lamb/d(Experiment.1),from16.33±3.64to25.05±1.40g/lamb/d(Experiment.2), and from 9.39±3.02 to 12.82±2.70 g/sheep/d(Experiment.3) . The day of weight gain also increase, from 207.6±30.3 to 328.8±78.3g/lamb/d(Experiment.1), from 204.5±2.3 to 310.6±34.7 g/lamb/d (Experiment.2), and from 75.0±15.3 to 92.5±24.4 g/sheep/d(Experiment.3), but drinking formalin don’t affect their diet digestibility significantly. This study shows that drinking formalin can increase the production ability by a big margin.
