【摘要】 农业作为国民经济的基础产业,其信息化已成为社会信息化建设的重点。新疆地域辽阔,南北疆农业资源与环境类型多、差异大,农牧业生产大多停留在传统的生产方式上,农业的规模化生产和产业化经营程度不高,农村经济发展和农民收入水平相对较低,制约了新疆经济和社会的全面发展,阻碍了新疆实现现代化的进程和综合实力的提高。如何借助信息化的力量,推进新疆农业和农村经济的发展,已尤为迫切。本研究以加快新疆农业信息化建设为主题,详细阐述了农业信息化的基本内涵,通过对国内外农业信息化发展现状的研究,分析了国外农业信息化建设的重点研究领域、发展趋势及成功经验,结合新疆社会经济和农业发展的实际,针对新疆农业信息化建设现状和农业信息化发展中存在的主要问题,剖析了问题产生的原因,在此基础上提出新疆农业信息化建设的重点和发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and its informationization hasbecome the key point of the social informationization construction. Xinjiang has a vastterritory,therefore,therearedifferentagricultureresources anddifferenttypesofenvironmentbetween the south and the north. However, the agriculture and the animal husbandry in bothareas still depend on the traditional mode of production, and the level of the agriculturalformalization production and industrialization is not high. The development of the ruraleconomy and the income level of the peasants are relatively low. Both restrict the fulldevelopment ofthesocietyandeconomyofXinjiangandhindertheprocess ofmodernizationand the enhancement of the comprehensive capabilities of Xinjiang. Therefore, how to drawsupport from the informationizationto advance the agriculture and rural economyin Xinjianghasbecomeespeciallyurgent.This paper focuses on how to speed up the agricultural informationization construction inXinjiang,andgivesagreatlengthtotheconnotationoftheagriculturalinformationization.Bystudying the current situation of domestic and foreign agricultural informationization, thispaper also analyzes the key research area of the overseas agricultural informationization, thetrend of development and the success experience of them. Meanwhile, combining with thefact of the social economy and the reality of the agricultural development of Xinjiang, thispaper, in accordance with the current situation of the agricultural informationizationconstructionofXinjiangandthemainproblems inthis process,analyzes thereasons fortheseproblems, at the same time the writer makes stand out the focal points during the agriculturalinformationization construction in Xinjiang and puts forward some countermeasures andsuggestions.更多还原
