【摘要】 信用证(Letter of Credit,简称L/C)是随着世界经济的发展,在银行参与国际贸易结算的过程中逐步形成的,始见于十九世纪商业汇票被银行汇票替代之时。作为现代国际贸易中最为常见的一种支付方式,随着中国对外开放的进一步加强、国际贸易的进一步扩大,信用证支付方式越来越多地应用于中国的对外贸易活动中。虽然,银行信用代替商业信用大大降低了信用证方式下的风险,但在实践操作中,使用信用证对各有关当事人仍具有一定的风险,所造成的纠纷和损失案件也屡屡出现,因此,有必要对使用信用证的风险及其防范措施进行研究,这将对中国广大企业在入世后积极参与国际贸易具有普遍的指导意义。本文针对信用证在新疆对外贸易支付中的应用情况进行深入分析的基础上,结合新疆外贸企业的自身发展状况和新疆对外贸易呈现出的新特点和贸易环境出现的新变化,分析了信用证在新疆对外贸易支付中的风险种类及其形成原因,有针对性地提出了新疆外贸企业具体防范信用证支付风险的措施,并对信用证在新疆对外贸易中的使用提出了相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the world economy, the L/C becomes a main payment in the international trade and is used by the Chinese dealer more and more. The bank credit reduces the risk of the international trade, but the parties of the L/C still bear all kinds of risks, and many dealers are faced to the loss in the practice. Therefore, it is very necessary for Chinese corporations to research the risk of the L/C and know how to defend against them. Meanwhile, it is very important for us to enter into the international trade market.On the basis of the application of the L/C in the Xinjinag foreign trade, the author analyzed the kind of the applied risk and the reasons and put forword some useful and reasonable ways to prevent from these risks together with the development and the new changement of the Xinjiang foreign trade. On the same time, the author also give some suggestions for the application of the L/C in the the Xinjiang foreign trade payment.更多还原
