基于Arc Engine的重庆地下水信息管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 水资源匮乏是21世纪人类所面临的最为严重的资源问题。随着人口的不断增长和工业化进程的加快,水资源需求量在急剧增加。由于过去人们对水资源重视不够,缺乏统一管理,在世界上许多国家和地区相继出现了各种与水资源开发利用有关的环境问题,不得不投入巨资来治理和改善环境。这一点使人们清醒地认识到必须走“人口、资源、环境”协调发展的道路,保护自然环境,科学、合理地利用水资源,已成为当今世界迫切需要解决的问题。作为水资源的一个重要组成部分,地下水不仅是一种宝贵的资源,同时也是复杂的生态环境系统中的一个敏感组成因子。地下水的存贮有如在地下形成一个巨大的水库,以其稳定的供水条件、良好的水质,成为人类社会必不可少的重要水资源。但是由于过量开采和不合理的利用地下水,常常会造成一系列的环境和地质问题。本文深入分析了地下水信息管理的国内外研究现状,在此基础上确定了符合重庆地下水信息管理系统研究内容,制定了重庆地下水信息管理系统的系统结构和功能。按照信息系统理论和软件工程方法,采用计算机技术、组件式GIS技术、无线通讯技术和数据库管理技术,开发出重庆地下水信息管理系统,实现了用计算机管理重庆地下水信息资料,提高了重庆地下水信息管理的现代化水平。重庆地下水信息管理系统由系统管理、数据管理、图形显示、图层管理、地下水监测信息管理、系统维护、帮助等功能模块组成。采用面向对象的程序设计语言Visual C++6.0并结合ArcGIS Enging组件开发研制。整个系统的响应速度快操作简便实用,用户界面友好,数据处理功能齐全,具有较强的实用性,先进性和可移植性。重庆地下水信息管理系统建立了重庆地下水资料的信息库,提供了多种信息查询方式和全面的数据管理功能,为重庆水资源管理部门提供辅助决策的必要信息。

【Abstract】 Water resources shortage is considered to be one of the most serious social problems in the 21st century. With the expansion of population and the accelerating industrialization, water resources demand is increasing rapidly. Many environmental problems emerged due to unreasonable exploration, utilization and management of water resources in the past, which subsequently lead to necessity of investing even more fund to solve the these problems. It has come to an agreement nowadays that the society must go on a sustainable way of development with human—resources—environment being in harmony with each other. Protection of the nature and recourses, especially exploration and utilization of water resources in a scientific and reasonable way, come to be a problem needs to be placed on the agenda urgently.Groundwater is a kind of precious resource for its stable water supply condition and good quality but a sensitive factor of the ecosystem. It’s a natural storage like a reservoir which contributes an important part to the total water supply of fresh water. Excessive exploitation and unreasonable utilization have induced a series of environmental geology problems.This paper has reviewed and analyzed present research on the ground water information management inland and abroad, and developed a groundwater management system in Chongqing area, which is composed of functional modules of systematic management, maintenance and help manual, graphical display, layer management, groundwater monitoring system, based on techniques of computer, Components GIS, wireless communication and database management, which is helpful for groundwater inquiry, management and decision-making. The system was developed using the object-oriented programming language Visual C++6.0 and combining with the ArcGIS Engine Component, which is of a friendly user interface, simple, practical and transplantable.
