【摘要】 综观大多数的李贽研究材料，对其人性思想的解释皆采用认识发生学角度，以“童心”为本心，后以“私心”为“童心”之内容的论述、论证过程，这种论述方式是否真正符合李贽思想本身，有待分析。李贽在创用“童心”时，是在对“水浒”、“两厢记”等文学作品作点评时所写，其中的论述以文学作品为论据，是更接近于文学范畴之内的概念，与人性学说中的“心性论”的“心”的概念尚有差异。而且，李贽本人并没有彻底否认“仁义道德”之心，如果从“童心”推断出其内容为“私心”，就否认了李贽所没有否认的，这是不符合历史的；又如果从“童心”推出“私心”和“仁义之心”是其之内容，那么，在“童心说”篇中，李贽反对所谓的“假道学”又成了自相矛盾(“假道学”正是某种“仁义道德之心”的表现。)，在同一篇文章中出现这样的矛盾，显然是不符合逻辑的。这种同历史与逻辑皆不适宜的推论正是本文采用中国古典哲学特有的“体用”概念来分别解释“私心”“童心”的缘由，尽可能地避免从“童心”为论证起点而带来的矛盾和缺陷(李贽人性思想在笔者的构建中所体现出的缺陷，事实上无法回避消除!)；同时，也为李贽人性思想所“流溢”出的价值寻找形而上学基础提供有益的探索。本文分成四部分来阐述：第一部分为引论部分，主要论述了李贽人性论思想萌发四个主要因素：时代、家世和思想个性的催动；泰州学派人性论思想的沿承；时代课题之“公私之辩”；佛教哲学思想的影响。第二部分从“人性”、“体用”的基本概念以及李贽本人对“私心”“童心”的内涵的阐述入手，构建起李贽人性论思想的“体用”结构。第三部分论述了从实体性的“私心”所“流溢”出的主体观、平等观和自由观，阐发了李贽人性论思想所具有的时代性价值。第四部分从论证不彻底的“私心”与反理性主义、反智识主义的“童心”着手，分析了李贽人性论思想存在的局限和缺陷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Li Zhi is the Ming Dynasty later period renowned thinker,and his thought has filled the time characteristic and the individual unique characteristic.The paper is try to analyse theory of human nature of Li Zhi and its limitation, therefore, this article discusses theory of human nature of Li Zhi and its limitation through following four aspects:The part I is an introduction, which mainly has discussed four factors which theory of human nature of LiZhi produces:Firstly, propelling force of times, family background and thought individuality;Secondly, inheriting of the theory of the human nature thought of Tai Zhou school;Thirdly,the argument of the concept of Public and Selfish in history;Fourthly, the effect of Buddhism philosophical thought.The part II mainly discusses "the concept of human nature","the concept of Substance and Attribute"and "intrinsic constitute of the theory of human nature of Li Zhi"The part III mainly explains subject idea,equal idea and free idea which originates from the selfish-motive,and elucidates times value of the thought of human nature of Li Zhi.The part IV mainly demonstrates the limitation and defect of the theory of human nature of Li Zhi,which embodies in no thorough demonstration of the selfish and the anti-rationalism and anti-intellectualism of the childish.更多还原
