视觉障碍初中生基础职业教育课程设计研究

【摘要】 基础职业教育课程是一门为使学生了解劳动世界,帮助学生选择合适的职业,使学生具有初步的职业素养而进行的职业知识和技能教育的课程,具有基础性、综合性、实践性、针对性及补偿性。长期以来,由于现实条件的限制及教育观念的影响,在对视觉障碍初中生的职业教育中,只强调单一技术的培养,极大的限制了学生其他方面的发展。要加强职业教育功能,基础职业教育亟待实施。而课程是教育的核心,对基础职业教育课程设计的研究也是非常有必要的。本研究根据课程设计的一般原理,从视障初中生职业教育课程设置的问题、学生发展的需要、社会的要求、现实条件的限制等现实因素出发,依据生涯教育理论、个体社会化理论及课程整合理论,对视障初中生基础职业教育课程设计进行了构思:第一,课程目标。课程目标的价值取向主要是在满足学生的现实需要的基础上,努力寻求学生未来需要与社会发展要求的契合点;从职业知识、职业技能及职业态度三个方面对课程的总体目标进行了一定的阐述。第二,课程内容的选择。课程内容涉及面较广,可以遵循“我是谁?”——“我将到哪里去?”——“我怎么样到达那里?”的设计思路,从“自我认识”“职业规划”“技能应用”三个方面确定课程内容的选择范围。第三,课程内容的组织方式。依据课程整合理论及视障初中生课程设置现状,提出主题式的组织方式更适合于基础职业教育课程内容的组织。最后,为保障基础职业教育课程的实施,对保障措施做了一些探索,学校是课程实施的主要场所,教师是课程的直接实施者,二者直接影响课程实施的效果,因此,学校应树立以学生为本的教学管理理念,整合教育资源、建立开放式管理模式,而教师的专业发展,特别是参与课程研究的能力都是课程设计的实施保障。

【Abstract】 The curriculum of basic career education which is a kind of basic, integrated, practical, can tell the students about knowledge of the working world, and help them choose the appropriate career. As a long time, the career education for junior school students with visual impairments only emphasized the development of skill. To enhance the function of curriculum, enforcing basic career education is very necessary.According to basic principle of curriculum design, this dissertation discusses the curriculum design of basic career education from two parts, including practical aspects and theoretical aspects. Then it puts forward some views on the curriculum design of basic career education for junior middle school students with visual impairments.At first, curriculum goal. The value orientation of curriculum goal mainly bases on satisfying the students’ needs and lays stress on the relationship between students’ needs and social desire; It includes some goals of vocational knowledge, vocational skill and vocational attitude.Secondly, curriculum content. This dissertation follows the way of "who amI ?"------"where will I go?"------"how can I go there? " and chooses the curriculumcontent which includes "self-cognizing" "career-planning" "skill- application".Thirdly, the way of curriculum content organization. The theme of organization is available.At last, in order to implement the curriculum of basic career education well, it is also necessary to discuss the aspects on curriculum implementation. Among these aspects, school and teacher are more important.
