干冰膨胀控制系统的冗余热备份实现技术研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的飞跃发展,计算机已广泛的应用于各行各业的每个领域。结合现场总线技术对工业现场进行控制已成为—种重要工控手段,实现控制与管理的有机结合,更适合于实际现场的工作需要。本文介绍的系统是在原有四个单独CP528控制站的基础上建立起来的。利用了Profibus-DP及Profibus-FMS协议组建成PLC网络系统。在网络上增加一台上位计算机,对各个PLC所管辖的设备进行监视和控制。实现了各CP528现场操作站的冗余热备份,即CP528发生故障不能使用情况下可利用此上位机对相应的设备进行操作。文中还介绍了新兴的现场总线控制技术,介绍和分析了Profibus、CITECT组态软件。

【Abstract】 With the great leap forward of computer technology, computer has been extensively applied in every field and in every trade. Controlling industrial sites with field bus technology has become an important means of industrial control, which achieved organization connection between control and management, and better suited to actual needs of work on site.The system introduced in this article was established on the basis of the original four independent CP528 Control Stations. PLC Network system was composed of the Profibus-DP and Profibus-FMS agreements. An upper PC was added on the network, to monitor and control the equipments under the jurisdiction of all the PLCs. It realized overhead hot copies of all the CP528 site operation stations, i.e., under the circumstance of CP528 failure, the equipment corresponding to this upper PC could be used for operation.The article also introduced newly emerged field bus control technology, introduced and analyzed Profibus and CITECT configuration softwares.
