可生化污泥调理剂的研制与应用基础研究

【摘要】 城市污水处理厂的浓缩污泥由于与水的亲和力很强,难于脱水,给污泥的后续处理与处置带来了很大麻烦,如何找到一种廉价、脱水性能好而又不产生二次污染的调理剂,是解决日益严重的“城市污泥问题”的有效途径,微生物絮凝剂因具有絮凝活性高、安全、可生物降解、无二次污染等特点,因此本实验旨在找到一种能够大大改善污泥脱水性能的生物絮凝剂,将其作为污泥调理剂用于污泥脱水前的预处理。本实验通过直接对能在该试验条件下生存的所有微生物进行培养得到微生物絮凝剂MBF-C,其最佳培养基为:(NH42SO4lg/L、K2HPO45g/L、KH2PO42g/L、NaCl0.1g/L、MgSO4.7H2O0.2g/L、ZnSO410-7mol/L、果糖10g/L、PH值为7.0。对其培养条件进行优化,以CaCl2溶液(浓度为1%)为助凝剂,投加量为5ml,MBF-C浓度为1‰,投加量为2ml,得到最大絮凝活性为95.8%。以MBF-C为污泥调理剂对昆明市第四污水处理厂浓缩污泥进行预处理,最佳调理效果的条件为:PH值为8.0,CaCl2投加量为5ml(浓度为1%),C号微生物絮凝剂(MBF-C)的投加量为2.0ml(浓度为1‰),搅拌速度为300r/min;经离心脱水后污泥含水率为84.5%,体积减小80%左右,其调理效果均优于PAM、PAC及FeCl3

【Abstract】 Because of water’s strong affinity, condensed mud in the city’s sewage treatment plant, can not possibly become dehydrated. So it brings a lot trouble to succeeding disposal of sewage, and how to find a cheap, well -dehydrated, opsonin with less possibility of pollution , is effective way of solving more and more serious polluted problem in our city. Microbial flocculants have such following qualities:high performance, safety, able to biological degradation and impossible to cause second pollution. Based on these qualities, we can use it as mud opsonin in the pre-processing process before the dehydration of mud.In the experiment, Miorobal flocculants(MBF-C)can be got from the cultivation of microorganism which can survive in the experiment condition. The best basis incultivation is: 1g/L(NH)2SO4, 5g/L K2HPO4,2g/L KH2PO4, 0.1g/L NaCl, 0.2g/LMgS04. 7H2O,10-7mol/L fructose with initial PH 7.0. Though opitizing it’s cultivating condition and with addition of CaCl2(1%), the dosage of CaCl2 is 5mL, the dosage of MBF-C(1‰) is 2mL, getting the biggest flocculating activity of 95.8%.Condensed mud in the forth wastewater treatment of Kunming is pre-processed by the way of MBF-C as the best mud opsonin, the best condition in the effect of opsonin: initial PH 7. 0. the dosage of CaCl1(1%) is 5mL, the dosage of MBF-C(1‰) is 2mL, the stirring speed is 300r/min. The percent of water in clusion after centrifugal dehydration is 84.5%, it’s volume is reduced to about 80%, even it’s effect of opsonin is better than PAM, PAC and FeCl3.
