超细灌浆水泥性能及应用研究

【摘要】 随着国家经济建设的迅速发展,公路交通量与汽车载重量日益增长,路面结构的破坏同趋加速。普通水泥混凝土路面存在脆性高、易开裂、养生期过长、维修费工费时等缺点,因此,发展行之有效的修补技术非常重要,也十分迫切。本论文在参考已有的研究成果的基础上,对广东省水泥混凝土路面状况进行广泛调研,并对水泥混凝土路面裂缝情况进行了分析研究;分析探讨了灌浆的机理、灌浆技术、灌浆材料的发展以及灌浆技术在裂缝处理中应用;在此基础上研究出以超细水泥为基材,粉煤灰及硅灰为辅材,并外掺一定量的外加剂,组成超细灌浆水泥(UFGC);对UFGC材料进行粒径测试,流动及渗透性能测试,强度测试、耐久性、收缩性等室内试验研究后,选出性能最佳的配合比,并将该研究成果应用于实际工程中。论文的主要研究内容与成果如下:1.研究了超细水泥粒径与粉磨时间的关系。采用最直接方法粉磨出达到国际标准的超细水泥,其各项性能指标均符合相关标准的要求。2.系统研究了UFGC浆材与高效减水剂的相容性。UFGC浆体的粘度与高效减水剂的品种有关,不同品种高效减水剂的流时相差较大,试验中发现UFGC浆体对JBS-1聚羧酸超塑化剂适应性较好。3.研究了多种外加剂对UFGC浆材的复合效果和外加剂添加方法对UFGC浆材的影响。高效减水剂JBS-1聚羧酸超塑化剂与改性木钠的复合应用,提高了UFGC浆体的流动性。减水剂的添加顺序对UFGC浆材的流动性有很大影响,滞水法优于同掺法。4.研究了粉煤灰对超细灌浆水泥流动性、渗透性的影响,随着粉煤灰掺量的增大,其流动、渗透性能变好。5.通过室内超细灌浆水泥力学性能、粘结强度、收缩膨胀性能及耐久性试验,得出粉煤灰最佳掺量为30%,硅灰最佳掺量为10%。6.通过实际工程现场试验,验证了超细灌浆水泥在处理水泥混凝土路面裂缝中的可行性,且达到一定的实际效果。

【Abstract】 The capacity tonnage of automobile and traffic grow as a result of developing in country economic, so the failure of pavement structure become more and more serious. Plain concrete has high brittleness, bad lasting quality and long curing period, which restrict its use in road maintaining. So it is very important and imminency to empolder useful repair materials and technology.Through widely investigation on cement concrete pavement in Guangdong province, based on the existing research achievements, cracks status of cement concrete pavement are analyzed and researched . Grouting mechanism, technology, material development and its application to crack disposal in cement concrete pavement is analyzed. UFGC (ultra-fine grouting cement) is made up of UFC (ultra-fine cement) , FA(fly ash) , SF (silica fume) and definite additional . The best proportion of various materials is gained, based on certain experimentation such as material size, rheology, penetrability, intension, endurance and shrinkage of UFGC. The research harvest is applying in engineering in case. The main research contents and result is as follows:1. The relation between ultra-fine cement size and powdering time. UFC(ultra-fine cement), which reach the international standard, is manufactured by normal powdering technology, and its diversified performance all achieve industry standard.2. The adaptability between UFGC and superplasticizer admixture is analysed by the numbers. The liquidity of UFGC is related to breed of superplasticizer admixture and it differs from different superplasticizer admixture.JBS-1 superplasticizer admixture is good to UFGC’s liquidity from experimentation .3. UFGC’s liquidity is related to the effect of composite of several additional and the accession method of additional. UFGC’s liquidity is huge increased with the effect of JBS-1 superplasticizer admixture and multiplex natrium. The accession method of additional can affect UFGC’s liquidity, and asynchronous-accession is prior to synchro-accession.4. UFGC’s liquidity and penetrability is related to the content of FA, it gets well as the increasing of content of FA .5. Through experimentation of UFGC’s mechanics performance, felting strength, shrinkage and expanding performance, durability, it concludes that the best content of FA is 30%, and the best content of SF is 10% .6. Through experimentation of fact engineering in case, the application of technology for dealing with cracks of cement concrete pavement with UFGC is viable. And its application has prodigious foreground.
