流媒体技术在公共广播系统的应用与研究

【摘要】 智能楼宇的公共广播包括背景音乐、业务和事故紧急广播等。通常来说,公共广播终端(即扬声器)往往较远和分散,且伴有不同的播放方式,如连续播放,紧急插播等。这些特点决定了公共广播要考虑它的传输方式、功能要求和可靠性。近年来,随着多媒体技术、计算机网络与通信技术的迅速发展,网络化公共广播系统逐渐成为众多厂商追逐的研究热点。所谓网络化的公共广播系统,就是利用网络及其相关设备(硬件和软件)传输、处理和控制在扩声和公共广播系统中的数字声频信号。整个系统经过完全的数字化处理,能解决模拟信号传输方式下,声频工程管线多、施工成本高、信号衰减等缺点。本文就智能楼宇的网络声频技术,提出了一套网络化公共广播系统的方案。用服务器,网线、数字喇叭取代原有的主控设备,声频电缆、模拟喇叭,从而使传统广播系统的工作模式由模拟的方式转变为数字化的工作模式,为广播系统的性能及功能的进一步发展奠定了良好的基础,是基于多媒体技术衍生出来的一种全新的网络公共广播平台。流媒体技术是最近几年新兴的一种网络媒体技术,是在Internet和Intranet中采用媒体数据流式传输的新技术,实现了通过网络对多媒体数据进行连续实时的播放。采用流媒体技术可以很好的解决网络化公共广播系统中数字喇叭存储容量有限的问题,并可实时播放服务器端发送的多媒体数据。本课题的研究目标就是要设计这样一个基于流媒体技术的数字化公共广播服务器系统。本论文对以下研究内容进行了理论和技术的研究与探讨:(1)讨论了网络化公共广播系统总的系统结构和工作原理,着重介绍了流媒体服务器系统的体系结构和工作原理。(2)阐述了流媒体技术的相关概念,如基本结构及其工作原理,文件格式,相关的网络协议等。并在此基础上进一步介绍了在Windows操作平台上开发流媒体应用系统所需要的两种主要开发技术,DirectShow和Windows Media技术。(3)将具备语音广播功能作为一个服务器最小系统,讨论了最小系统的设计与实现方案,并对最小系统的采集模块和发布模块作了详细的介绍。对最小系统的运行调试做了说明与结果分析。(4)在最小系统的基础上,对广播系统进行了功能的扩展,对广播背景音乐功能,常用语录制功能,远程控制功能等都做了进一步的介绍。并对各功能实现方案的不足提出了简要的改善方法。本课题在上述理论和技术的基础上,提出了一套基于数字平台的网络公共广播服务器系统方案。

【Abstract】 The public broadcast of the intelligence building contains background music, business, urgent broadcast and so on. Generally public broadcast terminals are usually installed further and dispersedly, which consists of different ways to play such as palying continuously and urgent broadcasting. These features choose the transmission way, function requesting and dependability that public broadcast need to analyse.Recently along with the fast development of multi-media techniques, computer networks and the communication techniques, network public broadcast system becomes the hot study that numerous manufacturers pursue to research. The public broadcast system makes use of networks and related equipments (hardware and software) to transmit, deal with and control numerical voice signal in voice expanding and public broadcast systems. The whole system has abilities to solve the problems such as complex circuitry, high cost, signal reducing and so on in the transmission way of analog signal through complete digital process. This paper aims at putting forward the project of network public broadcast system about network voice technique in intelligence buildings. Using the server, the net line, digital trumpet which replace the original console, electric cable and analog trumpet, causing the working method of the traditional public broadcast system to the new working method, giving fully preparation for the development of dependability and function of public broadcast system, being a new network public broadcast system based on streaming media techinique.Streaming Media technique becomes most popular and has fast arisen in the last few years, which is a kind of new technique that adopts the medium data to transmit by flow in Internet and Intranet, realizing multi-media data to be playing continuously. Adopting this streaming media technique resolves problems of limited capacity in digital trumpet, and plays multi-media data in real time. The target of this topic is to design such a network public broadcast server system according to Streaming Media technical.The research contents include:(1) Discuss the structure and the principle of network public broadcast system, and emphasize Server subsystem.(2) Elaborate the concept of streaming media, basic structure and work principle of streaming media technique, media file format, related network protocol and so on. Introduce Microsoft techniques on developing streaming media applications.(3) Discuss to design and realization minimum system of network public broadcast. Introduce the module of collection and streaming.(4) Expand the function of the broadcast system on the foundation of minimum system. Introduce the implementation of background music function, record and remote control.Finally it built up an integrated Server subsystem based on above theoretics and methods.
