彩色涂层钢板生产线的带钢悬垂度控制

【摘要】 彩色涂层钢板(简称彩板)即有机涂层钢板,又称之为预涂层钢板。但是,高端产品的市场在国内还是处于起步阶段。例如工艺上由辊涂新增了覆膜、压花和印花,品种上由最初的预涂钢板(PCM)发展到彩色层压板(VCM)以及环保彩色钢板(ECM)等,国内关键技术还没有攻克,大多数彩涂生产线都需要引进国外技术,依靠国外力量。本论文结合广东韩江钢板有限公司“韩江钢板2#彩涂生产线电控设备设计和制造”项目,通过分析得出垂度控制的效果将是提高产品的合格率、改善产品品质的关键措施,烘烤段垂度控制的主要任务就是保证带钢在启动、运转和停机的时候保证其运作平整,不会发生刮壁磨损现象。它是提高钢带生产成品率的核心部分,因此选定烘烤段垂度控制系统为本课题主要的研究对象。本系统欲通过对炉外带钢某一点的悬垂度检测来控制张紧辊附加张力给定电流值以实现对最低点距炉底距离底控制。本课题介绍了超声波传感器检测的基本工作原理和操作方法,选用一通用性比较好的超声波传感器进行电路设计,分别用PLC和单片机进行控制,提供基本设计方案,并通过理论推导和参考实验数据的方法进行比较分析。根据烘烤段实际结构,画出系统的控制模型,然后通过数学推理分析带钢的悬垂度与张力,速度及执行构件之间的数学关系,结合课题实际情况建立出控制对象的数学模型以及干扰的传递函数。并利用先进控制方法(IMC控制方法)设计出IMC控制器,以该控制器对悬垂度进行控制,并通过仿真软件Simulink的仿真。在设计的控制器的时候提出了模型失配情况的处理,并根据模型失配的情况设计符合IMC控制理论的IMC控制器并进行模拟仿真。

【Abstract】 Color printed steel in another name is precoated steel.But the technology of precoated in our country is just at the beginning. For example that the Precoated Color Material (PCM) has developed to Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) and also the Electronic Counter Measures Steel(ECM), but the key technology were still not captured yet. Most of the steel product line need to indraught the technology from oversea or depend on the power of aboard.This thesis derives from the project "Design and Manufacture of Electric Control Device of Hanjiang 2# Precoated Steel Product Line". It comes out to be that the effect of catenary control is the crucial measure to improve the quality of products through analysis. As stable catenary control of the steel during stars and stops are the core of uncoiling part auto-control, uncoiler constant catenary control is chosen as the main research object.In these system, we try to detect one point outside of the steel to get its Catenary in order to control the speed of the roller by the current. This thesis discusses on the catenary control system controlled by tension control and through the ultrasonic detecting device.This thesis shows out the basic principle and the working instrument of ultrasonic detecting device, and build up a high quality and precision during detecting through the way of experimentation. Then, by mathematic analysis, consequence the relation between catenary and tension, moreover, we use another control theory (IMC control theory) to control the catenary and emulated by Simulink and make up the modules of detective and controller.
