【摘要】 随着计算机应用的不断发展，交通系统各部门之间，各种数据信息以几何的速度增长。但在这些部门中，由于信息系统的设计和实施，都是在缺少把各个组成部分统一成一个整体的总体规划的条件下进行的，造成各个系统之间缺乏协调统一，相同数据的不一致表示和大量冗余数据的存在，使管理人员无法从各个应用系统中得到高层控制和决策所需要的信息。这种状况持续下去，形成许多低水平的、互不联系、互不共享的“信息孤岛”。“信息孤岛”使得大量的信息资源不能充分发挥应有的作用，效率低下，已经成为交通系统政务信息化建设进一步发展的主要障碍。本文利用当前较为盛行的XML、Web Services技术，提出了异构信息集成的理论框架，解决了地理位置分布广，结构各异的数据源共享发布的问题。文章首先对异构信息集成的必要性、相关背景和交通电子政务信息化的现状进行简单的介绍；接着，阐述了本文要用到的XML和Web Services理论；文章的第三部分基于我国电子政务的特点，将XML引入到电子政务的领域中来，设计了基于XML定义的电子政务规范egXML(e-government XML)，使电子政务的数据格式建立在开放、通用的标准之上并把它应用到交通电子政务。文章的第四部分提出了一个异构信息集成框架。整个集成框架由信息源层、XML中间件层、接口层、应用层四个层次组成，同时结合Web Services技术，对理论上的框架进行扩充和改进，提出了基于XML、Web Services的具体实现的信息集成框架结构，接下来详细地探讨了共享框架的各层的功能和实现过程，包含了底层的数据预处理技术、数据库与XML的相互转换的算法、Web Services共享技术、XML数据访问的两种不同的方法(SAX和DOM)及XML信息集成等等。最后，文章介绍广东省交通政务信息共享平台系统中有关异构数据共享发布、异构信息集成子项目作为共享框架的一个应用实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development and application in computer technology, mass data has been increasingly accumulated among government branches. However, most of the designs in database system are unplanned as a whole, so that a great deal of isolated information is produced. And the isolated information will hamper our information construction.The dissertation put forward a Heterogeneous Information Integration theoretics frame and solves the problem of heterogeneous data sharing based on the XML Web Services technology.The dissertation, firstly, introduce the significance of data sharing and background of Heterogeneous Information Integration technology development domestic and overseas. Then, expatiate the XML theory and Web Service technology. Thirdly ,design e-government XML according the feature of domestic e-government by importing the XML into E-Gov,and then, put it into use in Communication Departmen. Fourthly, make a detailed research on the 4-layer frame of Heterogeneous Information Integration structure. This frame includes data source layer, XML middleware layer, Web Services interface layer and user application layer. In the meanwhile, discuss the function and implement of the Integration structure detailedly, include the construction of the data transport platform and the data integrate platform, XML data-binding. Lastly, give an example of Heterogeneous Information Integration platform in Guangdong Communication Department government as its implementation.更多还原
