嵌入式自调匀整装置控制系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着我国纺纱工艺的提高,纺织产品的质量日益受到人们的关注。而自调匀整装置的正常工作与纺织产品的质量有着莫大的关系。一个性能既好又稳定的控制系统是自调匀整装置正常工作的关键与保证,因此本文提出了嵌入式自调匀整装置控制系统的研究与实现,旨在设计出一种集自调匀整装置监测和控制于一体的控制系统,对自调匀整装置进行高效、稳定控制。该控制系统采用嵌入式技术,基于高性能的工业级ARM架构微处理器S3C2410X,使用嵌入式Linux作为操作系统,利用SPI接口来对底层I/O进行读写,并在此基础上对自调匀整装置进行控制。控制系统还外接触摸屏,可通过友好的人机交互界面,简单方便地实现对自调匀整装置的监测。本文首先阐述了嵌入式自调匀整装置控制系统的研究背景和意义,分析了国内外同类产品的研究现状;接着介绍了嵌入式自调匀整装置控制系统的基本硬件结构、嵌入式操作系统的移植技术、嵌入式GUI的选择以及开发环境的建立;然后实现了控制系统I/O口的读写功能;再对本课题所要控制的自调匀整装置进行介绍,并对其控制原理与控制策略进行了分析,然后实现了控制系统对自调匀整装置的控制;最后设计了嵌入式人机交互界面。本文研究与设计的嵌入式自调匀整装置控制系统符合自调匀整装置控制系统自动化、信息化的要求,完成了SPI接口驱动程序以及控制系统控制程序的编写,为最终将该系统推入市场并广泛应用奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 With the improve of spinning technology of our country, the quality of textile attracts peoples’ attention day by day. However, autolevelling device works normally or not is closely related to the quality of textile. A control system with great performance and stability is the key and guarantee of autolevelling device working normally. Therefore this article put forward the research and implementation of embedded autolevelling device control system, which is for the purpose of designing a control system that can monitor and control autolevelling device to control autolevelling device efficiently and stably.The system adopts embedded technology, based on high-performance, industrial-grade ARM microprocessor——S3C2410X, uses embedded Linux as OS, use SPI interface to Read/Write I/O Port and control autolevelling device. Control system also connects touch screen. It can conveniently realize the monitor of autolevelling device through the friendly HMI.This article firstly narrates the background and meaning of the research, analyzes the present research status of the similar products in the domestic and foreign. Then it introduces the hardware structure of embedded autolevelling device control system, transplantation technology of embedded OS、selection of embedded GUI and establishing of development platform. After that the article realizes the R/W function of the control system’s I/O port, introduces the autolevelling device that the article refers to, and analyzes the control principle and control strategy of autolevelling device. At last the article realizes the control to the autolevelling device and designs embedded HMI.Embedded autolevelling device control system which this article studies and designs conforms to autolevelling device control system automatic and informationalized request. The article has completed SPI interface driver and control program. It has established the solid foundation for finally thrusting this system to the market and widespread application.
