国有企业基层员工激励问题研究

【摘要】 随着市场经济的不断完善,人力资源管理逐步与国际结轨,在人力资源管理的众多内容中,激励问题是重要内容之一。激励的科学与否,直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏。国企基层员工的激励模式和方法逐渐被管理层重视,但在国企基层人力资源管理中,仍然存在激励不当的问题。本文通过分析国企在员工激励方面的现状及存在问题,结合中铝公司某基层单位对员工激励的应用案例,提出国企基层员工激励问题研究这一课题。本文主要分为七部分:第一章主要阐述本论文研究的背景、我国企业激励理论应用情况及国有企业激励机制现状;第二章介绍了中铝公司基层人力资源管理现状和激励方法;第三章是应用目标设置理论阐述中铝公司基层车间如何进行目标分解设置、如何考评,从而达到良好的激励作用;第四章运用实际案例介绍在基层管理中如何建立公平制度下的激励;第五章运用激励理论建立满足员工不同需要的激励机制;第六章通过多种形式荣誉激励,塑造尊重、激励员工的基层企业文化,介绍精神与文化激励的方法;第七章总结本文的创新点,说明了企业要根据不同的类型制定激励制度的客观性。每一章详实地介绍了中铝公司某基层单位激励措施的实际做法。本文通过对中铝公司基层单位人力资源管理中激励方法进行实际案例分析,进一步完善了国有企业基层员工有效的激励方法。丰富了国有大型企业基层员工的激励措施;系统地阐述了建立企业基层激励机制管理新思路;研究和探讨国有企业基层员工的激励创新方法,对于同行业以至国有大型企业的基层管理工作都有借鉴意义。本论文可以与更多的国企基层管理者进行交流,促进基层管理激励方法的创新与发展,激发国企基层员工的工作活力,提高国企在全球经济化竞争中的核心竞争力。

【Abstract】 Along with the market economy continuously perfect, the human resource management gradually with international knot track, in numerous contentses that human resource manage, encourage the problem is one of the important contentses. Incentive science or not, relate to the quality that human resource make use of directly. The grass-roots employee of state-owners enterprise encourages the mode and methods gradually is manage the layer value, but in grass-roots human resource management of state-owners enterprise, still exist to encourage the not appropriate problem. This text passes the analytical state-owners enterprise in the present condition and the existence problems that the employee encourages the aspect, combine in the some grass-roots unit of company of aluminum encourages to the employee of the applied case example, put forward the grass-roots employee of state-owners enterprise to encourage the problem to study this topic. This text mainly is divided into seven parts:Chapter 1 mainly elaborates that the background, the our country business enterprise of this thesis research encourages the theories application circumstance and state-owned business enterprises to encourage the mechanism present condition; Chapter 2 introduced the China aluminum company grass-roots human resource management present condition and encourage the method; Chapter 3 is the applied target constitution theories to elaborate how the medium aluminum company grass-roots car carry on the target decomposition constitution, how examine, thus attain to encourage the function goodly; The actual case example of an usage introduces in grass-roots management how to build up the fair system under of encourage; An usage encourages the theories establishment to satisfy employee’s dissimilarity to need of encourage the mechanism; Chapter 6 encourages through various form honors, molding the respect and encouraging the employee’s grass-roots corporate culture, introducing the method that spirit and cultures encourage; Chapter 7 tallies up the textual innovation point, explaining that the business enterprise wants the objectivity that draws up the incentive system according to the different type. Each introduced the some grass-roots unit of medium aluminum company to encourage actual way of doing of the measure thoroughly.This text passes to encourage the method effectively towards encouraging the method to carry on an analysis in china aluminum company grass-roots unit human resource management, further perfectly grass-roots employee of state-owned business enterprise. Enriching the grass-roots employee of state-owned large business enterprise encourages the measure; Elaborated that the establishment business enterprise basic level encourages the new way of thinking of the mechanism management systematically; Study and inquiry into the grass-roots employee of state-owned business enterprise to encourage the creative method, for go together the industry to all draw lessons from the meaning to grass-roots management works of the state-owned large business enterprise. This thesis can carry on the exchanges with more governors with grass-roots state-owners enterprise, promoting the basic level management encourage the method creative and developing, stirring up the state-owners enterprise work vitality of the grass-roots employee, raising the state-owners enterprise in global economy turn compete of core competencies.
