关于电动车蓄电池企业的经营风险分析

【摘要】 电动车的迅猛发展，带来了数量大3倍的电动车的心脏“专用蓄电池”的巨大并且急剧膨胀的市场需求，随之涌现出一批又一批的电动车蓄电池生产企业，可以说这些新兴的电动自行车蓄电池生产企业都正处于企业成长的创业阶段，在市场经济条件下，一个新兴产业中的创业型企业将会遇到诸多风险和重重困难，常见的情况是大量的新生企业一哄而上，然后又大量地死亡。HNLF电动车蓄电池企业就是在该新兴产业中的创业成功的一员。以它为研究模板，对我国电动车蓄电池同类型的企业生存外部产业环境，内部竞争格局作了系统的论述。重点章节研究了HNLF电动车蓄电池企业面临的内外风险分析及相应的风险对策研究，提出了系统的风险控制的方法，包括重点风险的控制、风险的阶段性控制、风险的综合控制以及风险的监控等。为同类同阶段的企业的风险控制提供了总体思路和应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fast fierce development of the dynamoelectric bicycle brought the hugeand nasty requirement of the "the appropriation storage battery" of the dynamoelectric bicycle to inflation of market need. And this gives birth to one and other dynamoelectric bicycle storage battery enterprise immediately, we can say dynamoelectric bicycle storage battery enterprise are in primary phases. Under the market economy condition, a business enterprise will meet many risks with the layer after layer difficulty, the familiar circumstance is that a great deal of new-born business enterprise plunge into this industry, then and then die in large quantitysoon.The HNLF dynamoelectric bicycle storage battery business enterprise is a successful one member.
