基于GSM的大用户抄表系统的设计

【摘要】 为了实现对偏远地区电能数据的远程自动抄读,提高工作效率、经济效益,本论文运用系统化、模块化设计思想,运用先进的嵌入式技术、无线通信技术和强大的计算机软件技术,设计了具有远程自动抄表功能的大用户系统。系统硬件由数据采集终端、无线网络和总站系统三部分组成。数据采集终端主要由控制单元单片机与GSM模块Sim100-E组成。无线网络采用现有GSM网络,利用GSM网络的短消息业务,实现电能数据和控制指令以短消息形式的无线远程传输。总站管理系统由GSM收发器ITM100和计算机组成。系统软件包括数据采集终端中单片机的软件和总站软件。数据终端的软件设计主要实现了电能表数据采集、控制GSM模块Sim100-E发送和接收短消息、与现场手持设备PDA的数据通讯以及对现场信号采集和部分控制的功能。在总站软件的设计中,完成了基于串口控件Mscomm的通讯模块软件的设计,实现了软件通过GSM收发器ITM100收发短消息的功能;设计了基于ActiveX数据对象ADO的数据管理模块,实现了数据存储、数据查询以及数据报表打印等功能。总站系统根据用户需要可以向数据采集终端以短消息形式发出采集、控制指令,实现无线抄读、远程控制的功能。系统具有建设成本低、适用范围广、响应速度快、操作方便、防雷击等特点。

【Abstract】 To realize automatic meter-reading for the remote area, and enhance effiency and economic benefit, we designed meter-reading system for large users with the idea of systematism and module in this paper, employing advanced embedded technology, Wireless communications technology and powerful computer software technology.The hardware of system includes three parts: data-collecting terminal, wireless network and management system of main station. Data-collecting terminal is composed of controlling unit MCU and GSM module Sim100-E. Wireless network uses the existing GSM network, by the short message service, energy data and control instruction can be long-distance transmited. Main station is composed of GSM receiver ITM100 and computer.System software includes the software for MCU in the data-collecting terminal and the software of the main station. The design for software of the data-collecting terminal have functions of energy data collecting, receiving and sending short message by controlling the GSM module Sim100-E and partly control. In the main station, firstly, we designed communication module based on the serial control Mscomm to realize the function of receiving and sending short message through the GSM module ITM100. Then, based on ActiveX data object ADO, we designed the data management module with the ructions of data preserving, data query and data report printing.According to users’ demand, main station system can send collecting or controlling instruction to data-collecting terminal by the short message, realize wireless meter-reading and long-distance control. This system has following advantages: low cost, widely application, fast response, convenient manipulation and thunder-avoiding.
