【摘要】 目的：观察益气养阴活血解毒方对急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成两组，治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组给予益气养阴活血解毒法加常规西药治疗，对照组在给予常规西药治疗同时口服天王补心丸，观察比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状、体征、动态心电图、血清心肌酶、左心室功能、和T细胞免疫的变化。结果：治疗4周后，在改善临床疗效上治疗组临床愈显率为66.67％，总有效率为86.67％，对照组愈显率为50％，总有效率70％，与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)。同时在改善病人主要临床症状如胸闷、心悸、乏力等方而，治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。改善动态心电图(Holter)早搏治疗组愈显率68.75％，总有效率87.5％。对照组愈显率66.67％，总有效率80％，二者有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。同时治疗组对患者的血清心肌酶、T细胞免疫功能和、左心室功能方而亦有明显的改善作用(P＜0.05)，且无任何不良反应和毒副作用。结论：益气养阴活血解毒法合用西药治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效明显优于对照组。故本法是治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的有效治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect by treating viral myocarditis with Yi-Qi-Yang-Ying-Hx-Xeu-Jie-Du-Fa and to detect and to discuss the mechanism of the effect.Methods: 60 cases with viral myocarditis were selected and were divided into two groups at random. 30cases were treated with Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin-Jie-Du-Fa adding to general Western medicine which served as treatment group, while the rest 30cases, ascontrol group, were treated with general Western medicine.The clinical symptoms, singals, dynamic electrocardiogram,the function of the left heart and the laboratory indexes were observed and compared.Results: After being treated 4week. the main effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,the total effective rate was 86.67%,while the control group was 50%and 70%. There was very significant difference(P<0.01) between the two groups. The improvement in the treatment group on mainclinical symptoms,such as chest stuffiness heart-throb,fatigue,was better than that in the control group(P<0.05)The method of the treatment group has better effect on improving dynamic electrocardiogram and the function of the left heart.At the same time, there was significant difference(P<0.05) or very significant difference(P<0.01) between the two groups in the laboratory indexes.There was no adverse reaction or side effects revealed in the treatment group.Conclusion:Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin-Huo-Xeu-Jie-Du-Fa adding to Western medicine Was obviously prior to Western medicine in treating viral myocarditis.更多还原
