【摘要】 目的：通过对运用虫草肾茶方治疗慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)营养不良患者的临床研究，观察虫草肾茶方治疗CRF营养不良的临床疗效。方法：将已确诊为脾肾阳虚、浊瘀阻滞型的CRF营养不良患者按就诊顺序，开放性分为两组，每组各30例。在一般治疗基础上，治疗组予虫草肾茶方，对照组予开同片，疗程3个月。观察前后测量体质指数(BMI)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)，测定血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、血钾(K)等指标，并记录两组主要症状的变化，做疗效评价。结果：1)治疗组与对照组的总疗效及中医证候总疗效比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。(2)治疗组在改善患者临床症状，降低症状积分，优于对照组两者相比有显著性差异。(3)虫草肾茶方可改善CRF患者营养不良状态，提高PA、ALB、BMI、TSF。(4)可以有效的改善患者的肾功能，降低BUN、Scr水平。(5)虫草肾茶方有助于改善患者的贫血症状，提高Hb、RBC水平。(6)治疗组与对照组对血Ca、P、K的影响有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，对照组优于治疗组。结论：虫草肾茶方可以改善CRF营养不良患者营养状态，保护“残存”肾功，延缓肾衰进展，提高患者生活质量及生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know the nutritional status of chronic Renal Failure (CRF) patients and to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effect of chong cao shen cha fang on treating malnutrition in CRF.Methods: 60 patients with CRF of Yang deficiency in the spleen and kidney with turbidity-stasis stagnancy were divided into 2 group at random. Each group is 30 cases. Their nutritional condition were evaluated by the physical examination and the biochemical assay. On the base the observing group took chong cao shen cha fang, the control group took kai tong . The Course of treatment is 3 months, before and afler experiment, we assayed the patient’s PA ALB BUN Scr Ccr RBC Hb blood Ca P K, recorded the change of patient’s clinical symptoms, at last draw the conclution.Results: (1)In the observing group,the effect of clinical symptoms were better than control group(P<0.05). (2)Chong cao shen cha fang could improve the patients clinical symptoms, decrease the clinical symptom score.(3) the observing group could improve PA ALB. Its effect was better than control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).(4)the observing group could decrease BUN Scr and increase Ccr. Its effect was better than control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).(5)the observing group could increase Hb RBC. Its effect was better than control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). (6)The both groups could control blood Ca P K , the control group was better than the observing group.Conclusion: Chong cao shen cha fang can improve renal function clinical symptoms and patients’ anaemia. Importantly, it can improve the nutritional status of chronic Renal Failure patients . Its therapy could remarkable retard the rate of progression of CRF and decrease the rate of death. This clinical experiment provide the scientific basis for clinical nutritional and general therapy.更多还原
