生态河道构建体系及其应用研究

【摘要】 城市河道是城市社会、经济可发展必不可少的要素,是城市水系的载体,同时也是城市生态系统的重要组成部分。但长期以来,由于环境基础设施的建设远远滞后于经济的发展,大量工业废水、生活污水、农业污水和城市地表径流直接排入河流,加上河流疏于管理,河底积存了大量污泥和腐烂的藻类植物,水流不畅、水质恶化,许多河道已达不到设定功能区的水质标准;加上单一的为了泄洪功能而盲目地实施河道的直线化、平面化处理,使城市河道生态系统进一步恶化。同时随着人们生活水平的提高,他们对环境、生态品质的要求也不断提升,单一的河道景观已经满足不了人们亲近自然的要求。另一方面,生态河道的理念、河道整治的理论与技术、河道整治具体工程措施的制定、河道整治工作的可持续性(管理)这四者之间需要有一个纽带将他们串联起来。开展生态河道具体内涵的研究,建立生态河道构建体系正好可以填补这样一个空缺。本文在前人研究的基础上,主要针对城市河道,深化阐述生态河道的构建理念,并借鉴国内外河道整治的经验,吸收其优秀的理轮,优化、组合河道整治中的各项技术,初步建立了一套生态河道构建体系。并以栅庄桥港的生态河道规划设计方案为例,来实践生态河道构建体系。此套体系的建立可为城市及其他河道的整治提供依据,使河道整治工作规范化,科学化,使整治后河道生态系统更具有可持续性,发挥其最大的服务功能。对促进我国水利工程科研及实践的发展,提升其综合水平,均具有重要的理论与实践意义。论文分为5个部分。第一部分为引言,主要介绍立题依据、研究背景、相关研究进展和论文研究框架。第二部分为主要理论基础及相关技术。主要介绍城市河流生态系统、河流生态恢复等相关理论及河道生态护坡、水质修复、景观设计等相关技术。第三部分为生态河道构建及框架体系。主要是阐述了生态河道的内涵及其构建原则,生态河道构建体系的框架及其建立的必要性。第四部分为应用实例。以生态河道构建体系为指导,编制完成《余杭栅庄桥港生态河道规划设计方案》。第五部分为结论和讨论。总结了论文的9个结论,4个创新点,讨论了论文的不足之处并对未来工作做了展望。

【Abstract】 The urban river course is the essential factor in the sustainable development of the urban society and economy, is the carrier of urban river system,and also is an important component of the urban ecosystem. For a long time, the urban river course ecosystem has been further deteriorated for three reasons: The first ,because of the environmental infrastructure construction having lagging far behind the economic development, a massive of industrial waste, sanitary sewage, agricultural sewage and urban surface runoff directly disperse into the rivers; The second, because of the poor management in river course, the bottom of the river has accumulated lots of sludge and rotted algae, leading to the stream blocked, deteriorated, and failing to achieve the water standard setted for functional areas; The last, blinded implement treats in the urban river course linearizing and flatizing only for the spillway function. With the improvement of living standards, the requirement is upgrading for the environmental and ecological quality, as a result, the single river landscape has failed to satisfy the people’s request to be intimated to the nature.On the other hand, we need an alink to connect the eco-river course idea, the theory and technology of the river course training, the constitute of the river course regulating measures with the sustainable management of the river course training. Study on the specific connotation of eco-river and establish eco-river construction system can fill up the vacancy.On the basis of pre-study, the paper mainly discusses the idea of eco-river construction and initially establishes a system of eco-river construction from the experience of river course training at home and aboard, absorpting their outstanding theory and optimizing their technology in river course training. Taking the example of the planning for zhazhuangqiaogang eco-river course to practice the system of eco-river construction.The establishment of the system provides a basis for urban river course training or others making the work for it more standardization and scientific. Moreover, the establishment of the system makes eco-river course more sustainability exert its maximal service function. More far-reaching speaking, the establishment of the system which advanc its integrated level accelerates the development in scientific research and practice of hydraulic engineering, bearing important theoretical and practical significance.The paper is consisted of five sections.①Introduction. To introduce the gist to set up the topic, research background, the correlation research progress and the paper framework.②Main theoretical basis and correlative technology. To introduce correlative theory of urban river ecosystem and River’s ecological restoration and some correlative technology of river ecological slope protection, water quality rehabilita-tion and landscape design.③Construction of eco-river course and its framework system. To introduce the connotation of eco-river course and its construction principle, the framework of eco-river construction system and the necessity of its establishment.④Application example. To compile <Planning and Design Project of Eco-river for Yuhang Zhazhuangqiaogang> directed by the construction system of eco-river course.⑤Conclusion and discussion. To summarize 9 conclusions, 4 innovation spots, discussing the paper deficiency and some prospects for future work.
