【摘要】 充分激发全社会的创新活力，加快产业科技成果向现实生产力转化，是建设创新型国家的一项重要任务。知识创新融入产业科技成果转化是科技成果知识密集性的内在本质要求。本文在借鉴有关基本理论的基础上，从知识流动的视角，对产业科技成果转化的知识创新进行研究。主要研究内容如下：本论文首先对“科技成果转化理论”、“知识创新理论”、“知识管理与知识创新”以及“技术创新与知识创新”的关系进行了详细的论述，从中找出本文研究的有力理论支持；其次，通过对产业科技成果转化过程的知识创新性分析，构建产业科技成果与知识创新的耦合体系框架；再次，分别构建产业科技成果转化三阶段的知识创新子系统。本文探讨了由科技成果知识源、科技成果的个人知识和组织知识、科技成果知识的传递、科技成果知识的外化、科技成果知识的交流学习、科技成果知识的内化和科技成果的知识创新所构成的反复循环上升的产业科技成果小试中试阶段的知识创新体系。建立由生产制造技术知识、生产工艺知识、生产组织和管理知识三个创新点构成的产业科技成果生产阶段的知识创新子系统。构建基于客户和市场知识，面向市场细分、定位、供需及营销等创新内容，由动态协作团队推动的“行动—反映—触发”的市场开发阶段的知识创新子系统。再次，论文通过分析成果转化过程的知识创新的相关因素，建立了一个具有系统性、实用性、可行性的产业科技成果转化的知识创新评价指标体系，并运用模糊综合评价方法，给出评价模型并进行了实证分析，在上述研究的基础上对推进我国产业科技成果转化的知识创新，进而加快产业科技成果的转化提出对策建议，并从观念创新、组织结构的知识创新建设、营造良好的文化氛围、构建产业科技成果转化的信息网络、完善产业科技成果转化企业的激励机制以及建立有利于产业科技成果转化的知识创新场等方面进行具体论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important task constructing the innovation country to stimulate the entire society’s innovation vigor and speed up transforming from the industrial science and technology achievements to the realistic productive forces. It is also the knowledge-intensive intrinsic essence requests to integrate knowledge innovation with transformation of industrial science and technology achievements (TISTA). This paper studies the knowledge innovation about TISTA from the view of knowledge mobility after referencing related elementary theories. The main content is as follows:Firstly, the paper elaborates on Theory TISTA, Theory Knowledge Innovation and discovers the supportable essential factors for the research.Secondly, the paper constructs the system frame that couples TISTA and knowledge innovation because we get a conclusion that the essence of knowledge innovation does exist in the process of TISTA.Thirdly, this paper constructs the knowledge-innovation subsystems respectively based on three stages of TISTA. For one thing, this paper discusses the recycle rising subsystem of the experimental stage, which contains knowledge source, individual knowledge and organization knowledge, knowledge transmission, knowledge externalization, knowledge exchange, knowledge internalization and knowledge innovation. For another, the paper establishes the subsystem of production stage that consists of production and manufacture knowledge, productive craft knowledge, productive organization and management knowledge. Last but not least, it builds the third subsystem of exploiting markets, which is a kind of motion- reflection-triggering system impelling by the dynamic cooperation team based on the conformity between customer knowledge and market knowledge.Finally, the paper analyses the correlation factors of knowledge innovation in the process of TISTA, establishes an appraisal index system that is systematic, practical and feasible and uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal Method to build an appraisal model and carries on an empirical study. And based on the above research, the paper proposes the countermeasures to advance knowledge innovation in TISTA.
