短波通滤光片的研究

【摘要】 在彩色电视、电影、印刷等彩色分光系统中要使用二向色镜,它是一种使红光反射、绿光透射的截止滤光片。为了使绿光高增透,红光高反射,本论文从实际需要出发,结合现有的条件和技术,设计并制造出了满足监控波长是650nm,在400—510nm波段都是高增透,在600—640nm波段高截止的滤光片。我们首先从薄膜光学理论入手,系统地分析了薄膜知识,对薄膜的反射率和透射率进行了系统研究,进行了膜系设计;其次,对所需膜料的性能理化参数进行分析,考虑到膜层匹配等问题确定了膜料:再利用计算机进行了仿真找出最佳的设计方案确定出该滤光片的实际工艺参数;在蒸镀过程中,考虑了不同工艺参数对膜层性能所产生的影响,及时采取了相应的措施,如过程控制等等;对镀制的结果进行了较系统的误差分析,并提出了减小误差的办法。对滤光片结果检测为:该滤光片在380—510nm范围内达到了高增透,且平均透射率达到了85%以上;在550—640nm范围内达到了高截止的要求,其最大透射率达到了1%以下;为进一步评价截止滤光片在从通带向截止带过渡的特性,引入过渡区斜率作为一个新的评价参数即截止波长处的斜率,经测量各项指标均达到了设计要求。文中给出了Balzers BAK 600型镀膜机制作滤光片的工艺过程。

【Abstract】 Dichroic beam combiner is used in multicolor spectrometric system including color television, movie, printing and so on, which is filter that makes the red light reflected and green light transmitted. To improve the ability of dichroic beam combiner, the paper based on the fact of combining the condition and technique of now designs and produces the filter of satisfying require, which is ended in 600-640 wave band. Then the monitor wavelengths is 650nm, wave band between 400~510nm is high transmission.First we start from the theory of film optics and systematically analyse film knowledge, then study the reflectance and transmission to analyze film system; Secondly we analyze the ability and parameter of the film we needed by considering the problem of film matching to confirm film. Then making use of the computer simulation to find the best design plan to confirm the actual technological parameters of this filter; In the process of evaporating considering the infection of film layer ability caused by different arts and crafts parameter we adopt corresponding measure in time, for example the procedure control and so on ;We systematically make error analysis of the result of coating, then find the method to minish error.The result of checking filter is that the range of high transmission is 380-510nm and the average transmission achieves above 85%.We require it keep high reflected within range of 550-640nm and the most transmission achieves less than 1%;To more appraise the characteristic of cutoff filter in the transition from the pass band to the stop band, we induct the intervening region offsetting to consider one new appraising parameter which is the offsetting of cutoff wavelength. By measuring every index the production achieves the requirement of design.In this paper the arts and crafts procession of making filter is given by the use of film-plating machine of Balzers BAK 600.
