【摘要】 目前，很多企业在应用供应链管理思想尤其是进行采购管理信息系统建设时都受到了很大的阻力，而企业改革又迫切需要改变现有的企业运作机制和管理模式。本文以国际著名的乳制品公司在中国设立的分公司-NTC公司为对象，通过案例分析的形式，针对NTC公司采购管理方面的实际情况与存在的问题，通过研究供应链管理等先进的管理思想和方法，对NTC公司采购部门组织机构以及采购流程的重组，对供应商的认证和管理，计算机技术及网络技术的应用，建立NTC公司采购管理信息系统的过程的分析，力图找到真正解决NTC公司物料采购问题的方法，从而节约成本、提高效益、保证质量、提高企业的管理水平和市场竞争力。笔者通过较全面的调查研究，对NTC公司内部生产经营现状及物料采购业务运作中存在的问题作了较细致的分析，在此基础上提出实施采购管理信息系统的必要性、模式、步骤及策略。论文讨论的大部分内容和思想已在NTC公司得到实施并取得了初步成果，希望能对其它企业改造采购管理流程，设计建设采购管理信息系统有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the present time, many enterprises encounter numerous obstacles in the application of Supply chain management, especially in the construction of purchasing management information system. It’s emergent that the operation pattern and management mode should be changed during the enterprise reform period. NTC dairy produce corporation Ltd, a branch company of China of a world famous company, was the research objective in this paper. The writer discussed the purchasing produce actuality and the troubles in operation of this corporation, analyzed the course of purchasing department rebuilding and purchasing process rebuilding, provider authentication, computer technology and network technology application, purchasing management information system foundation on the basis of Supper chain management and other advanced theory by the comprehensive research.The writer tries to find the right key for the purchasing problem of NTC Corporation. Consequently we can save cost, improve benefit, ensure quality, improve the level of management and market competition ability. The writer analyzed elaborately the produce actuality and the troubles in operation of purchasing process of NTC Corporation by the comprehensive research, on the basis of which the writer set out the necessity, and offered pattern, approach and strategy of the manage of purchasing management information system.Most content and idea have been put in practice in NTC Corporation and the elementary effort is good.
