大跨度连续弯梁桥施工控制关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着高等级公路建设的发展,连续弯梁桥的修建逐渐增多,跨度也在增大。大跨度连续弯梁桥属超静定结构,对于这种结构,它的成桥线形、结构内力和施工过程密切相关,不同的施工方法和施工工序会导致不同的成桥线形和结构内力。在设计过程中,设计参数(如:曲率半径、混凝土弹性模量、混凝土的收缩、徐变、预应力损失、施工荷载、温度)往往是根据规范或设计经验设定的,这样一些参数的取值难以和实际情况完全吻合。对中、小跨度的桥梁,这些偏差上的影响还不大,但对大跨度连续弯梁桥(多采用悬臂施工),由于这些偏差的影响,在施工过程中随着悬臂长度的增大主梁的线形有可能会明显偏离设计值从而造成合拢困难,在合拢后,由于对混凝土收缩、徐变等因素计算的不准确,也会导致主梁线形偏离设计值,同时还可能导致次内力而改变结构的内力状态。因此对于大跨度连续弯梁桥来说,一般均需进行施工监控。本文主要内容如下:1、曲率半径对悬臂浇筑弯梁桥的主梁内力、变形的影响;2、整体升降温及梯度温度作用对悬臂浇筑弯梁桥内力及变形的影响;3、混凝土收缩徐变对悬臂浇筑弯梁桥内力及变形的影响;4、预应力参数、混凝土容重、混凝土弹性模量对悬臂施工的连续弯梁桥内力及变形的影响的参数研究。

【Abstract】 In the recent decades,With the rapid development of highway,curved bridges are established increased progressively with time,and the length of span is increasing.The long-span curved bridges are statically indeterminate structure.To this structure, its alignment and internal force are closely related to its construction. Different constructing methods and construction procedure often leads to different alignment and internal force. In design process,design parameter(such as: curvature radius, concrete elasticity modulus, concrete shrinkage and creep,the loss of prestressing force, construction load, temperature action) usually based on the code or design experience.Then the determination of parameter will be inaccurate and cannot coincide with the actual state.To the middle and small span bridges,the fluence of the deviance is not obvious.But to these long-span curved continuous girder bridges(mostly use cantilevered construction), with the increasing of the cantilever length of the bridge,the alignment will deviate from the designed values distinct during the construction,which will lead to the difficulty of closure. After the closure of the bridge, the inaccurate calculation of the concrete shrinkage and creep & can also lead to the alignment deviate from the designed values,and will cause sub-internal force which would change the internal force. Therefore, bridge monitor is of great importance to these long-span curved continuous girder bridges.This paper contains as follows:(1) The influence of curvature radius to the internal force and alignment of the curved girder bridges.(2) The influence of temperature change to the internal force and alignment of the curved girder bridges.(3) The influence of concrete shrinkage and creep to the internal force and alignment of the curved girder bridges. (4) The influence of prestress parameter, concrete density, concrete modulus of elasticity to the internal force and alignment of the curved girder bridges.
