龙头石水电站海尔沟泥石流发育特征及对移民场地影响评价

【摘要】 龙头石水电站是大渡河干流近期开发的大型水电工程之一,在龙头石水电站库区右岸分布较大规模的海尔沟泥石流冲沟,历史上曾经暴发过较大规模泥石流活动。根据可研阶段设计方案,新民乡政府所在地将被部分淹没,受淹没影响的移民主要沿海尔沟沟口堆积扇后靠搬迁,野外地质调查显示,穿越迁建区的海尔沟泥石流是控制其正常修建和运营的重大地质问题。本文系统地阐述了海尔沟泥石流的发育环境及发育特征,包括沟谷特征、分区特征、发育历史、发育阶段及易发程度;据泥石流沟自身特点,选用现阶段最新研究成果,推算了海尔沟泥石流流速、冲击力、峰值流量、总流量等动力特征和规模数据;泥石流危险度,即遭受泥石流损害的可能性,论文建立了危险性评价模型,使用泥石流能量量代替泥石流规模来计算分析泥石流危险度,不仅使泥石流的淤积作用得到了体现,而且涵盖了泥石流的冲击破坏作用,并且在危险度公式中运用泥石流的易发程度概念,弱化泥石流发生频率权重,从而使公式更贴切危险度内涵,同时运用刘希林的单沟泥石流危险度计算公式计算了海尔沟泥石流的危险度,两种方法的评价结果是一致的;根据泥石流活动情况以及堆积程度、堆积范围的分析研究,进行危险度分区,并评价海尔沟泥石流对拟建移民迁建场地的影响,最后提出防治工程建议。

【Abstract】 Longtoushi hydropower station is one of the large-scale step hydropower projects to be developed on Daduhe River recently. On the right side of reservoir of Longtoushi hydropower station, there stands a rather large-scale debris flow gulley-Haier gulley, which ever generated large-scale debris flow in history. According to design projects of feasibility study, some place of Xinmin town will be flooded when reservoir sluices, and immigrants will move to back of accumulation of Haier gulley. Field geological survey shows that Haier gulley debris flow through the relocation is important geological problem to the construction and running of the relocation.The thesis formulates the debris flow’s development characteristics, including gulch characteristic, valley subzone characteristic, development history, development step and the happening easily degree; according to its character, selecting the latest research results at present, calculates the debris flow’s the moving, dynamical characteristics and the scale, such as, the velocity of flow, the wallop, the peak value flux, and the total fluxIt is known that debris flow hazard degree is the possibility of the debris flow impairing, and the debris flow destructive effects mainly consist up impact and deposit of two aspects. In the thesis the energy replaces the scale to be used to calculate to establish model and analyze the debris flow hazard degree, as not only make the function of depositing of the debris flow reflected, but also is general to contain the impact of the debris flow destroying function. Because the happening easily degree of the debris flow is added to the hazard degree formula and the debris flow frequency value is weaken in the formula, it is greatly close to hazard degree meaning. At the same time, the thesis uses risk factor calculation formula by LiuxiLin to calculate hazard degree, and the results by two means are unanimous. According to the activity of debris flow, deposit degree and deposit extent, the thesis makes risk degree partition,and appraise the influence by Haier gulley debris flow to immigrant relocation; at last, prevention countermeasure suggest is putted forward.
