轨道板配筋对温度裂缝的影响分析

【摘要】 近年来,我国开始大规模修建无碴轨道。无碴轨道的温度裂缝问题越来越引起人们的注意。裂缝一旦形成,特别是贯穿裂缝的危害较大,它会降低无碴轨道的绝缘性能,削弱轨道的承载力,同时还可能会危害到无碴轨道的安全使用。本文建立了混凝土板和钢筋三维实体模型。分析研究轨道板温度裂缝控制问题。通过有限元软件计算了普通配筋轨道板在不同温度荷载的应力分布,混凝土配筋率和钢筋直径与裂缝宽度的关系。分析了预应力轨道板中预应力钢筋对裂缝控制的影响,部分预应力板较全预应力板的优点。由于目前国内外无碴轨道的轨道板有单层配筋和双层配筋两种形式,而我国采用的无碴轨道形式多为双层配筋。为此本文还建立单层配筋和双层配筋的轨道板模型,比较了相同的配筋率和相同的温度荷载作用时,两种配筋形式的应力分布和变形情况等。最后通过计算得出在混凝土构件中配置钢筋虽然不能阻止裂缝的出现,但可以把无筋混凝土构件中的单个宽裂缝分散成为许多条的细微裂缝,使得混凝土拉应力减小,从而使裂缝的宽度变小,裂缝条数变多,裂缝间距变小,以有利于抗裂。

【Abstract】 In the recent years, our country begins to construct ballastless track. The problem of Ballastless track’s craze increasing arouses people’s attention. If the crack is form, especially transfixion crack, will reduce insulated capability and carrying capacity of the Ballastless track. At the same time it also can endanger the Ballastless track safely running.In this paper, the dynamics model of slab track is developed by ANSYS. The model is built using the solid element to simulate the concrete slab and steel. How to control the temperature crack of the slab is studied. The stress distributing of general steel ordinances of slab in different temperature load is calculated. The relation between the rate of steel ordinances of concrete slab and crack width and between steel diameter and crack width is also calculated. What the influence of prestressed steel in prestressed slab on controlling crack is analyzed. The merit of part prestressed concrete slab compare with full prestressed concrete slab.Because some type ballastless track slab is monolayer steel, but our countries mostly is double deck steel. In this paper, the model of monolayer steel ballastless track slab and double deck steel ballastless track slab is developed. In the same steel ordinances and same temperature load the two type slab’s stress distributing and transmogrification is compared.Finally, we know configuring steel in concrete component can not prevent crack forming, but it can divide single big crack in concrete without steel to a great deal of imperceptibility crack. It can reduce concrete pull-stress to diminish the width of crack and increase the number of crack and diminish the space between of crack. Ultimately it can resist crack.
