大跨度预应力混凝土空心板结构的研究与应用

【摘要】 预应力技术是一项大力推广的建筑结构技术,预应力混凝土是一种将高强钢材和高强混凝上能动的结合在一起的建筑材料,具有强度高、耗材少的优点,与普通混凝土相比,可以有效的加大结构跨度,满足大柱网、大开间建筑的使用功能需要。本文在回顾预应力混凝土发展历程的基础上,提出并分析了现代预应力结构体系中无粘结预应力结构的定义及工作原理。本文经过对现状的分析,设计了一种后张法施工的大跨度高强预应力混凝土空心板,这种预应力空心板不仅具有较好的力学性能,还满足现代建筑对预应力空心板的要求。本文所提出的设计方法和设计思路具有一定的实用意义,为高效预应力高强混凝土空心板在结构工程中的应用提供了参考依据,并为今后这方面进一步的研究提供了一定的经验。由于后张法大跨度高强度预应力混凝土空心板在工民建中应用较少,因此,本课题具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】 Prestressed structures reinforced concrete as widely used technology is a combination of high steel and concrete, which efficiently covers longer span to meet the special functional requirements.In this paper, the development process of the prestressed concrete concept have been looked back, and based on this, the definition and work principle of unbonded prestressed structure in modern prestressed structure system have been putted forward and analysed. Aaccording to the analysis of current situation, a series of post-tensioned long-span high intensity prestressed concrete hollow slabs are designed. The traditional pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab not only possesses better mechanical property but also meet the need of the modern construction to the pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab.The design method given in this paper is of some practical meaning, and it gives scientific research basis for the application of post-tensioned large-span high strength prestressed concrete hollow slabs in the civil engineering arid valuable experience for the further research. And because the research example on civil engineering is little, the paper deems that the research has some meaning in theory and some value of application.
