我国教师教育模式的改革与发展研究

【摘要】 迈进21世纪,世界各国的教师教育纷纷改革,积极效仿发达国家的做法,或建立完全由综合性大学来培养师资的“开放型”教师教育模式,或建立由综合性大学与师范院校共同培养师资的“混合型”教师教育模式。各国在提高教师的学历层次水平的同时,也更加注重教师教育培养、培训一体化改革。在世界教师教育改革大趋势的影响下,反思我国的“定向型”教师教育模式,其虽然尚具备一定的优越性,但存在的问题也日益引起广泛关注,其暴露的弊端使我们意识到改革这种“定向型”教师教育模式的必要性和紧迫性。本文就是在以上背景下,系统论证了我国适合建立“混合型”教师教育模式的现实依据与理论依据,并提出了具体改革措施:主张我国师资培养以师范院校培养为主,允许有条件的综合性大学承担师资培养任务;积极稳妥地推进教师教育由“中师、专科、本科”三级体制向“专科、本科、研究生”新三级体制转变;在办学模式上,教师教育机构可采取“4+x”、“3+x”培养模式,高校教师的培养可尝试“专业+师范”模式;另外,借鉴美国的专业发展学校,加强我国教师培养、培训一体化模式的创新。通过以上措施来巩固和发展我国“混合型”教师教育模式。本文对于指导现有师范院校改革,对综合性大学如何办教师教育具有一定的启发和现实价值。

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, every country is innovating the teachers’ education actively. Learning from the developed countries, for example America England or Soviet Union , some countrys set up the Opening teacher education model which means letting the comprehensive university cultivate theteaching staff only; some countrys set up the Mixed teacher education model which means letting the comprehensive university and the normal college cultivate the teaching staff together; and some countrys set up the Closing teacher education model which means letting the normal college cultivate the teaching staff only.Affected by the trend of teachers’education innovation in the word, we should introspect the Closing teacher education model of our country. Although it has a certern advantages, the disadvatages has been a big problem to the teachers’ development. Study the disadvatanges ,we realize that it’s necessary and urgent to reform it.According to the above, this paper studies the reality basis and the theroy basis systemly in setting up the Mixed teacher education model in our country. And the writer gives the concrete innovation measures. Firstly, we should let the normal college cultivate the teacher staff mainly, meanwhile, allow the comprehensive university to undertake this task too. Secondly, we should promote the teacher education’s system shift from the "midle normal school, three year normal college, undergraduate " to the "three year normal college, undergraduate, postgraduate" actively and reliably. Thirdly, about the model of running a school, the college and university can adopt the "4+x"or "3+x" cultivating model; the teachers in university can be cultivated through learning the majors’ course and the teacher education’s course. Forth, we can learn the experience of the Professional development schools in America, which hopes to inspire our country’s teacher education integration reform. We can strengthen and develope our country’s Mixed teacher education model through the measures above. Also, this paper is valuable to direct the normal college’s reform and guide thecomprehensive university how to run teacher education .
