【摘要】 近年来，离婚问题成了一个全球关注的热点。本文主要研究1978-2000河南省城乡离婚问题。河南省地处中原，人口位居全国前列，经济生产总值在全国举足轻重，探讨这一新时期的离婚问题，具有重要意义。文章分为五个部分进行论述。文章第一部分，介绍了研究的缘起，分析了研究意义，评析了国内外研究现状，界定了研究的核心概念，提出了本文的研究方法以及资料来源。文章第二部分，概述了河南省城乡离婚现状以及离婚特点。在文中通过大量数据分析河南省在这一时期的离婚发展趋势，并通过一些实例反应出新时期的离婚特点。文章第三部分，重点分析了河南省城乡离婚原因以及河南省离婚观念和态度的变迁。关于第一个问题，文中从宏观和微观两个层次着手。宏观是从经济、文化、政治管理体制，社会思想价值观念的变化等等几个方面来分析导致河南省城乡离婚率上升的原因；微观则是通过离婚申诉理由即大量的实例、个案来分析河南省城乡离婚原因。1978年改革开放以来，河南人的离婚观念和态度都发生了巨大的变化。在新的离婚态度支配下，人们不再为迎合某些传统观念而牺牲自己一生幸福。由此可以看出，观念变革作为社会进步之必然，也是直接影响着离婚率的变化。文章第四部分，分析了离婚所带来的影响和作用。此部分从离婚所导致的负面效应以及不良婚姻解体的积极效用来阐述。文章最后一部分，是笔者对婚姻稳定的一些思考和认识。提出了几点如何减少离婚率攀升的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, divorce has become a focus of global concern .This article studies in urban and rural areas of Henan Province from 1978 to 2000 .Henan is located in the Central Plains, population and GDP in the top of the country .so exploring this new era divorce is of great significance .The article is divided into five parts exposition.Part I introduce the origin of the study, analyzing the significance of the study and state in quo of the research home and abroad ,defining the core concept of the study as well as providing in my research methods and sources of information.Part II outlines the current divorce situation and divorce Features in urban and rural areas of Henan Province.This article through a lot of data analysis during this period the divorce trend in Henan .And through some examples it reflects the characteristics of the new era of divorce.Part III focused on the analysis of the reasons for divorce in urban and rural areas of Henan Province, Henan Province and the concept of divorce and attitude changes. Regarding the first question, the text from the macro and micro levels begin. From the macro-economic, cultural and political management system, social ideological values and so on, which changes to several aspects of urban and rural Henan leading to the reason for the rising divorce rate;from Micro is through a divorce complaint that the reason for the large number of examples or cases to analyze the reasons for the divorce rate in urban and rural areas of Henan .Since opening- up reform in 1978 , the Henan divorce concept and attitude has undergone a dramatic change.In the new divorce attitude influenced, people cease to meet certain traditional by sacrificing their life happiness.It can be seen that the concept of social change as the progress inevitable,but also a direct impact on the divorce rate changes.Part IV analyzes the divorce from the impact and role. This part elaborate the negative effects of the divorce resulted from as well as bad part of the disintegration of the positive effects.Finally, the last part is the author’s thinking and understanding about the marital stability.and Some advise how to reduce the rising divorce rate.更多还原
