【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来，电子信息技术发展速度惊人，互联网已经逐渐成为人类社会文化、经济、精神生活的重要组成部分。在教育领域，计算机技术和互联网的发展对传统的教学方式提出了革命性的挑战，它令音乐教育的教学内容、教学手段、教学方法以及教学模式发生了根本性的变化。音乐教育网络资源的建设和利用，是我国当代音乐教育改革与发展的重要课题，对提高我国音乐教育质量与效率，改革学校音乐教育现有模式，发展社会音乐教育、实现全民音乐教育和音乐终身教育具有重要的推动作用。本文研究了音乐教育网络资源的建设现状和利用方式。在音乐教育网络资源的建设现状部分，笔者主要从我国网络教育资源建设的模式、音乐教育网络资源的总体特征及其分类的角度，研究了音乐教育网络资源(以我国为主)的建设现状，分析了其优势和局限性，提出了对未来建设的建议，并做出了代表性音乐教育中文网站的个案评析。在音乐教育网络资源的利用方式部分，笔者从学校音乐教育、社会音乐教育和音乐教育研究三个方面对其进行了分析，内容涉及网络环境下的音乐教学、音乐课件制作、音乐远程教育、自主性音乐学习、音乐教育科学研究等网络资源应用于音乐教育领域的具体方法和形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990s, information technology has been developing adequately and Internet has been an important part of human’s society, culture, economy and everyday life. In the field of education, the computer technology and the development of Internet technology have been the cause of the reform on traditional modes, and they also have made fundamental changes in the contents, ways and modes of music education. The construction and usage of Internet resources in music education have been the most important topics in lots of aspects in the reformation of music education nowadays, such as quality improving, efficiency raising, modes changing, social education developing, all-people education realizing and so on.The paper discusses the construction status and utilization approaches of Internet resources in music education (mainly in china). In the part of construction status, the paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages in available Internet resources and makes some suggestions for it. The paper also introduces some representations in four kinds of music websites. In the part of utilization approaches, the paper discusses how to use Internet resources in music from three aspects, such as music teaching in schools, social musical education and music education researching.更多还原
