双语教育视野中的民汉合校研究

【摘要】 《双语教育视野中的民汉合校研究》主要通过对乌鲁木齐市教育局所属的4所民汉合校中学(第十六中学、第三十六中学、四十六中学、乌鲁木齐市高级中学)的民语系及汉语系学生、教师以及学校管理人员的问卷调查和访谈,对目前乌鲁木齐市民汉合校中学的双语教学进行综合了解,以教育学、双语教学、教育人类学的理论为指导,分析了新疆少数民族基础教育取得的成绩和不足之处,并通过定量与定性分析,论证了民汉合校这种办学形式对少数民族双语教学所产生的积极影响以及目前存在的问题,主要内容如下:1.积极影响(1)民汉合校促进了不同民族之间的交流,促使各民族成员在多民族社会的大环境中学会共存,有利于双语教育最终目标的实现;(2)民汉合校有利于少数民族教育选择权力的实现;(3)民汉合校的办学形式有利于教育资源的融合,是提高办学效益的有效途径。(4)民汉合校给少数民族学生创造了获得信息、主动发展的重要机会;(5)民汉合校为少数民族学生习得汉语及学习数理化知识提供了良好的语言环境;2.存在的问题(1)在管理方面,首先,一些学校的管理体制影响教学的效果;其次,在多民族、多语言的学校环境中,各民族成员还需进一步地磨合。(2)部分教师的现有水平影响双语教学的效果;(3)部分学校学生的汉语水平影响双语教学的效果。与此同时,本研究还对乌鲁木齐市民汉合校中学在实施双语教学过程中存在的问题提出了相应的改进对策及建议。研究认为,要达到最大限度地发挥民汉合校的优势、使民汉合校更好地为新疆少数民族双语教学服务的目的,转变教育观念是根本,完善学校管理是关键,加强师资队伍的建设是保证,并且要遵循循序渐进的原则,推进新疆少数民族双语教学更进一步地发展。

【Abstract】 The Study on Merging System of Ethnic Middle Schools with Chinese Middle Schools in the View of Bilingual Teaching, based on questionnaires of minority and Chinese students, as well as interviews with teachers and administrators in Urumqi 16th Middle School, Urumqi 36th Middle School, Urumqi 46th Middle School and Urumqi Senior Middle School, tries to understand the present situation of bilingual teaching in Merging ethnic Schools with Chinese School in Urumqi. Guided by theories of pedagogy, bilingual teaching and ethnic pedagogy, this paper made an analysis of the achievement and problems in ethnic minority elementary education in Xinjiang, by making quantitative and qualitative analysis, the author evaluated the positive effects on the ethnic minority bilingual teaching and the current problems, the main contents are classified as follows:1. Positive effects(1) Merging ethnic Schools with Chinese Schools has promoted the communications among different nationalities facilitated all social members with various nationalities learn to live together in the multi-national society. This is advantageous in the realization of the bilingual teaching’s ultimate objective.(2) Merging ethnic Schools with Chinese Schools is advantageous of ethnic minority’s education choice authority.(3) Merging ethnic Schools with Chinese Schools is advantageous in the fusion of education resources. This is effective to enhance the School benefits.(4) Merging ethnic Schools with Chinese Schools has created important opportunity to get information and the development on their own initiative for minority students.(5) Merging ethnic schools with Chinese Schools has provided a good language environment of acguicting Chinese and learning natural Science knowledge for minority Students;2. Current problems(1) In management aspect, first, some schools’administrative system influence the bilingual teaching; next, it is needed more communication among different nationalities under the multi-national and multi-lingual school environment.(2) The teaching level of some teachaers may influence the bilingual teaching.(3) Some students’Chinese level influenced the bilingual teaching. At the same time, the author proposed measures for existing problems which in the implementation process of the bilingual teaching in merging ethnic Schools with Chinese Schools in Urumqi. The research suggests that if we want to achieve the goal which maximum limit displays the superiority of merging system of ethnic schools with Chinese Schools and the goal which make Merging system of ethnic schools with Chinese Schools give better serves to bilingual teaching in Xinjiang. We must transform the education idea, refine the administration of the school, strengthen qualities of teachers and must follows the principle which proceeds in an orderly way. In this way, we can advance the further development of ethnic minority bilingual teaching in Xinjiang.
