地方本科院校毕业生就业状况及高校对策研究

【摘要】 本文是在我国社会市场化、信息化进一步深入发展、高等教育规模继续扩大和我国区域发展不均衡背景下谈我国地方本科院校毕业生的就业问题。近年来,特别是2002年年底以来,大学生就业问题越来越受到社会各界的关注。当前,随着国际化、信息化的进一步推进和我国高等教育事业的发展及全国就业形势的变化,我国高校毕业生就业进入了一个新阶段,出现了一系列新情况、新问题。因此,研究我国当前地方本科院校毕业生就业问题有重大的理论意义和现实意义。论文在分析毕业生就业现状的基础上,着重运用了问卷调查和访谈的方法,对南京、合肥、兰州及长春的部分院校毕业生的就业意向、就业影响因素及高校就业指导等几个方面进行了系统的调查和分析。调查表明毕业生就业问题反映出目前我国地方本科院校还存在以下问题:高校部分专业课程设置不合理;部分高校忽视大学生能力培养,毕业生综合素质不高;高校就业指导工作得不到重视,发展思路陈旧。据此,提出了高校改革的若干建议:高校应积极调整专业课程设置,培养毕业生合理的能力结构,加强毕业生就业指导,提高毕业生就业竞争力。

【Abstract】 The thesis investigates and analyzes the employment problems of graduates in local university under the background of further development of marketability, informatization and continuously expanding in higher education scale and disproportion of regional development in our country. The employment problems of graduates have caught more and more public attentions in recent years, especially over the past year in 2002. With the fact that internationalization , informatization going a further step and with the development of higher education, that with the change of the employment circumstances, the employment problems has stepped into a new stage, a series of new conditions and problems have appeared. Therefore, the study of current employment of graduates has a great theoretical and practical significance.Basing on analyzing the current situation of employment, the thesis utilizes the questionnaire survey and the interview method emphatically to investigate and analyze some graduates’ employment intention, influence factor of employment and career guidance in Nanjing, Hefei, Lanzhou and Changchun. Then it points out that problems of employment have show that our local universities also have following problem: part specialty and curriculum offered in high institutes is unreasonable; Part colleges and universities ignore the ability training for students. Comprehensive quality of graduate needs to enhance; The career guidance work in university can not be valued and its development pattern is old. Basing on it , some countermeasures and suggestions to solve it are put forward: high institutes should adjust its specialty and curriculum, raise graduates’ reasonable ability structure and strengthen the career guidance for graduates.
