徐州市中学生体育自主学习现状调查研究

【摘要】 实现人的自主发展是全面推进素质教育、实施国家基础教育新一轮课程改革要实现的目标之一。从我国近年来教育部所颁发的文件中及推进课程改革中都可以看出:实施素质教育的核心之一是尊重学生的主体性地位和作用,把学习的主动权交给学生,培养学生学习的主动性、自主性和创造性。自主学习是国家基础教育新一轮课程改革提倡的学习方式,是提高学生的主体地位,促进学生的个性发展,实现终身体育的重要途径。本论文以此为依据,以徐州市的中学生和体育教师为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,了解把握体育课程改革以来徐州市中学体育自主学习实施情况,并对体育自主学习实施过程中存在的一些热点及有争议的问题进行了探讨,在此基础上,提出体育自主学习实施的建议和对策,实现教学方式变革,促进自主学习发展,为徐州市中学乃至学校体育的教学改革提供参考。调查结果表明,徐州市中学在推进体育自主学习方面取得了一定成效,师生是认可和接受体育自主学习这一方式的。因为从学生对体育和体育课的兴趣程度、希望学习的知识、体育课学习方式的选择、课外体育锻炼目的等方面看出,学生在学习动机、学习目的、学习方法的选择上,多数学生能做到自主;但通过对学生体育课堂学习现状的了解,却发现课堂自主学习空间不足、学习内容单调,学习主动性较差,不能积极主动地去完成学习任务;从课外体育锻炼情况来看,学生不能自主学习获取知识、不能自主运动锻炼,影响了体育自主学习推进和终身体育实现。通过教师问卷调查,了解到教师也是接受这一学习方式,但也存在着因错误理解自主学习为自由学习,而造成了课堂的“放羊”现象;或在自主学习实施过程中因为场地器材、教师业务能力等限制而放弃体育自主学习。因此,实现学校教学方法的变革,推进自主学习,需要政府教育管理部门、学校领导加强对体育工作的重视,为体育自主学习的实施提供条件;需要体育教师更新观念,积极学习、钻研,提高业务能力,以适应体育课程改革发展需要;需要创造和谐的教学环境,改进教学内容、教学方法,调动学生学习的主动性与创造性;要为学生提供充足的自主学习空间与时间,使学生自主学习意识与自主学习行为得到培养锻炼;需要重视学生体育基本知识、基本技能、基本技术,全面提高学生的体育素养;需要拓展课外体育,促进学生体育锻炼能力与体育组织能力提高。

【Abstract】 Achieving the independent development quality education in a comprehensive way and implementation of the new basic education curriculum reform to achieve goals. From the document issued by the Ministry of Education in China and promote the curriculum reform can be seen : one of the core quality education is to respect the students status and role of subjectivity, give the initiative to students, cultivating students learning initiative, independence and creativity. Self-study is the basis of national curriculum reform to promote a new manner of study, students enhance their dominant position, hasten the personality development of students, and an important way to achieve life sports.In this paper, using this as the basis to the students and sports teachers in Xuzhou City of research, literature, questionnaires, interviews, observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, understanding Xuzhou City school sports curriculum reform since the implementation of self-study. There are also a number of self-study course hot and controversial issues discussed on this basis. The independent study made recommendations and solutions to achieve changes in teaching methods, and promote the development of self-study, Xuzhou City secondary school sports as well as for the reform of school physical education teaching reference.The survey results show that Xuzhou City schools in sports is self-learning and achieved certain results. Physical self-study students are recognized and accepted this approach. From the students because of the interest in sports and physical education degree and hopes to learn the knowledge and learning of PE options extra-curricular physical activity options so see that the students of motivation to learn, learn, learn methods of choice, most students can do their own; Sports classroom learning for students to understand the current situation. found insufficient classroom space for independent study, study monotonous, poor motivation to learn. can not take the initiative to complete the learning task; from the extra-curricular physical exercise, self-study students to acquire knowledge, not independent of exercise, the influence of sports to promote self-learning and lifelong sports to achieve. Through questionnaire survey, teachers also learned to accept this approach to learning. But there is freedom to learn independently due to wrong interpretation of the study, resulting in the classroom "graze"; independently or in the learning process because of the site equipment, such as restrictions on the ability of teachers to give up professional sports self-study.Therefore, the changes in teaching methods to promote self-study, education and management of government departments. School leaders to the importance of sports for sports independent study implementation; PE teachers need new ideas, to learn and to study and to enhance the operational capability to meet the development needs of the sports curriculum reform; Teaching the need to create a harmonious environment, improve the teaching contents and methods of teaching, and arouse the initiative and creativity of students. The independent study to provide students with adequate space and time. enable students to be self-learning and self-study-training exercise; Students need basic knowledge of sports, the basic skills, basic skills, improve student knowledge of sports; need to develop extra-curricular sports. Physical Training for students with the ability to raise the ability of sports organizations.
