客车制动时方向稳定性的仿真研究

【摘要】 随着现代化建设的快速发展,高速公路网日益完善以及豪华客车技术的成熟,给人们提供了方便快捷的一种出行方式。但是随之而来的安全问题也不容忽视,这就给客车的开发和研究提出了一系列的设计要求。客车在制动过程中的方向稳定性对于客车的安全性能尤为重要,所以对于客车制动时方向稳定性的研究是非常必要的。本文正是在这种前提下,以HFC6801型客车为研究对象,通过Matlab/Simulink建立包括车身的横向、纵向、横摆以及四个轮子滚动和前轮转动的八自由度仿真模型,在有无制动防抱死系统的工况下分别在高、低附着系数以及对开路面上进行紧急直线制动仿真,通过仿真证明了制动防抱死系统对于客车的制动过程提高安全的重要性。然后在无制动防抱死系统时,分析前后轮的抱死顺序对制动方向稳定性影响。通过按预定弯道能力和抗侧向干扰能力的仿真分析得出,前轮先抱死时转向能力差而抗侧向干扰能力强,而后轮先抱死时转向能力较好而抗侧向干扰能力差。虚拟现实技术(VR)由于计算机技术的不断提升而在越来越多的领域得到应用与发展,对于汽车的研究也不例外。在本课题中通过Matlab/Simulink与VR技术的联合仿真研究,分析并得到VR技术在汽车虚拟试验中的应用是可行的。为后续的研究工作积累了经验。

【Abstract】 As the fast development of the modern construction,the superhighway and bus technical will increasingly perfect,these provide a kind of convenience trip for pepole. But the safe problem can’t be neglected,this puts forward a series of design request in the bus development and the research process. The safety is important to the direction stability in bus braking,so the study of direction stability is necessary .Under this kind of premise,with object of HFC6801 this paper through Matlab/Simulink establishment eight freedom degrees simulative model which contain longitudinal,lateral,yaw and four wheel .front wheel rolling.Under the condition of wether install ABS,through the simulation of line braking in road that is ’D’.’G’ and ’DK’ road prove the important effect with ABS.Afterwards,through without ABS braking simulation analyze the direction stability about wheel lock sequence.As a result ,at rear wheel lock the turning ability is better than lateral disturb .however at front wheel lock the lateral disturb ability is better than turning.With the PC development .Virtual reality technique(VR) will be used more and more fields. So for vehicle this technique is not exception.In this paper,combine with VR and Matlab/Simulink simulation is feasible for simulated test. Have experience for the follow up research.
