重型商用车传动系参数优化匹配的研究

【摘要】 本文分析了重型商用车传动系参数的优化设计及匹配过程,首先比较分析了建立发动机数学模型的数值计算方法,确定了最小二乘法拟合的建模思路。并针对万有特性图片的数据采集困难的问题,开发了万有特性图片的数字化程序,从而准确快速的建立了发动机的数学模型,为后续的汽车动力性和经济性仿真计算打下了良好的基础。其次,论文分析了汽车动力性和燃油经济型的计算机仿真过程;建立了重型商用车基于实际运行工况的传动系匹配的综合评价指标;分析了重型商用车传动系参数的匹配流程。并且应用该综合评价指标,以车轮半径为离散变量,主减速比为连续变量对国产某重型卡车进行了传动系参数的优化设计,使得优化后整车常用车速的等速百公里油耗得到了改善。最后在详细分析空间多万向节传动运动学的基础上,对汽车空间多万向节传动的优化布置也做了一定的研究,取得了满意的效果。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we studied optimal design and matching process of heavy commercial vehicle transmission parameters. Firstly, we compare with some mathematic method about modeling engine characteristics; the conclusion is Least squares method has the best fitting precision. In view to the problem of gathering data from the engine fuel consumption characteristics picture, we give an engine fuel consumption characteristics digitalized method. The method can establish the engine math model quickly and accurately. The following simulation dynamic and economic of heavy commercial vehicle has a good basis.Then we analyze the process of computer simulation of the automobile power performance and fuel economy; establish the evaluation index of the optimal match of heavy commercial vehicle transmission parameters, which based on practice conditions. Give a math model of matching process of heavy commercial vehicle transmission parameters. After that, the transmission parameters of a heavy truck are optimized with the index, in the optimization model, final drive ratio is continuous variable and tire size is discrete variable. And the constant speed oil-consumption per 100km of the truck is improved.Finally, based on the analysis of Multi-joint kinetic, we study the Optimal Design of Multi-joint Propeller Shaft Arrangement for Automobile, the result is satisfied.
