基于PC+DSP的插齿加工数控系统研究

【摘要】 在现代机械、仪表等行业,斜齿轮的应用越来越普遍。目前国内插削加工斜齿轮没有完全实现全数字控制加工,较多的仍然是利用螺旋导轨实现附加转动来加工斜齿轮,但是螺旋导轨制造要求工艺复杂,成本很高,且通用性差,磨损不能得到补偿等缺点。运用DSP芯片MCX314的高速数据处理能力,来开发一种斜齿轮插齿加工系统,利用驱动伺服系统取代螺旋导轨,简化传动机构,从而达到全数字化插削加工斜齿轮,具有重要的实用价值和实际意义。本论文主要内容包括:(1)介绍了齿轮加工技术及齿轮加工机床的发展现状及趋势。(2)分析了斜齿轮成形特点,进行斜齿轮插削加工原理研究及进行加工中的动力学分析,提出了无差动法插削斜齿轮的理论。(3)根据开放式数控系统思想,开发了基于工业PC和DSP的插齿加工数控系统,进行硬件结构和接口设计。根据硬件结构,在Windows平台下设计了系统软件系统。初步实现了斜齿轮的全数字化控制插削加工。

【Abstract】 In modern machinery and instrument industries,the application of bevel gear is increasing.Though numerical control processing is not fully realized in the current process of slotting bevel gear. Spiral guide is still used more to achieve additional rotation to machine bevel gear.But Spiral guide has many defects,such as complex technology required to manfacture it, high-cost, bad universal property, not getting compensation for abrasion.Utilizing the capability of high-speed digital signal-processing(DSP) chip of MCX314 to develop a bevel gear shaper processing system, replacing screw-driven servo system for the spiral guide, simplifying transmission mechanism, this has a very important practical significance and value.The following is the main content of this paper:(1) Introducing the current development of gear machining technology and the gear machining tool.(2) Analyzing the characteristics of forming a bevel gear; analyzing the bevel gear slotting process and dynamic analysis in the process.Putting forward the theory that uses undifferentiated methord to slot bevel gears.(3) According to idea of open CNC system, developing a bevel gear slotting numerical control system based on DSP and industry PC.Designing the hardware architecture and interfaces. On the basis of the hardware, designing system software control system on the Windows platform.Preliminary achieving slotting the bevel gear under numerical control processing.
