基于C630车床数控旋压机床改造的研究

【摘要】 设备改装就是利用原先闲置的旧设备,对其进行必要的技术改造,以满足新的生产需要而进行的一项技术革新手段。据报道,在一些工业发达的国家,设备的平均役龄期限控制在15-20年之间,设备的“技术老化”期己短于10年。上述国家旧机床改装率超过80%以上。目前我国的大部分生产企业所使用的都是旧设备,明显存在着工艺不足、技术老化的问题,而且对旧机床或设备的改装起步较晚,改装数量较少。本课题对C630车床改造为数控旋压机床进行了仔细的分析。先对机床改造进行了可行性分析,确定了改造方案,完成了机床关键部件参数的计算,对纵、横向丝杠进行了校核和计算,并且为了适应改造的需要设计了一套液压回路。本文重点对系统中的关键部件旋轮座进行结构设计与有限元分析,对主要设计参数进行理论分析和计算研究。旋轮座既是旋压机的纵向滑块,又是旋压机的横向滑块(俗称滑枕)的导向装置,是一个与旋压制品精度密切相关的重要部件。采用有限元方法对旋轮座进行深入、细致的结构分析和研究,揭示了旋轮座一些关键部位的受力和变形规律。为机床改造提供了有力的支持。经改装的机床提高了零件的加工精度和自动化程度,使生产效率有了很大的改观,具有投资小、见效快、改装工作量少、制作和调试周期短、旧设备利用率高、且将来不加工此类零件时可较容易恢复机床原有的工作性能等特点,对中小型生产企业的加工具有一定的实际意义。

【Abstract】 The lathe refit is a means of technical reform that is to make use of the formerly idle and old equipments and give necessary technical reform so as to meet the new demand of production. According to the relative report, at some industrially developed countries, the average tenure of use for the equipment is limited in about 15-20 years and the period of technically aging for equipment is already shorter than 10 years. In those countries mentioned above the old machine tool refit rate exceeded more than 80%.Currently the equipments using in most part of the enterprises in our country were old. The problems of technically aging and inadequate exist obviously, the products produced by those equipments are low in accuracy, bad in surface quality, high in cost and unstable in performance and there are not very competitive in international market. This situation obstructed the forward development of our processing industry.This paper provides a detailed reconstruction scheme for CNC spinning machine based on lathe C630 and makes a feasible analysis to the lathe reconstruction. Moreover the writer completes the calculation of parameters for lathe’s key components and checks of the longitudinal and horizontal leading screw. And a hydraulic system was design to adopt the Machine tool alteration.The design and the finite element analysis (FEA) of the integral injector were main parts of this paper. Roller bases which is a key component influenced on the precision of work piece is both the longitudinal block and the guide apparatus of cross blocks. Aimed at the roller bases deeply by the means of FEM. The goal is to reveal the main body of spinning machine. The method adopted and the results obtained have reference value for improving the level of design on Machine tool alteration.The refit machine promoted its processing accuracy and level of automatic control of the parts and greatly improved the productive efficiency and it has the following characteristics: small investment, better efficiency, less refit workload, short period of manufacturing and testing, high utilization rate of old equipment and easily resume its former processing function when stopping production of such parts in future, it is of practicalim portance to the small and middle-sized enterprises.
