预压装配式预应力混凝土框架的变形分析

【摘要】 预压装配式预应力混凝土框架是指把预制梁、柱(梁柱中均预留预应力筋孔道)吊装就位后,将预应力筋穿过梁柱预留孔道,对其实施预应力张拉预压后灌浆,预应力筋既作为施工阶段的拼装手段,又作为使用阶段的受力钢筋承受荷载,使拼装节点和整个结构构成一个受力整体,从而有效地改善了节点连接。克服了装配式节点受力可靠性差的缺陷,解决了预应力混凝土框架难以装配的问题,形成了预制预应力混凝土装配整体式框架。创立了预应力结构工业化生产的新体系。本文通过对一榀单层两跨装配式预应力混凝土框架进行实体模型的有限元计算,分析其在试验施加的荷载下的整体受力状态、应力分布以及变形特征,并利用弹性和塑性理论计算结构在正常使用极限状态与承载力极限状态下的变形值,比较有限元分析结果、试验实测数据和理论分析结果的异同点,最后在此基础上对结构的安全性进行评估。

【Abstract】 Prestressed subassemblage Concrete frame indicates that after suspende and assemble prestressed beams、prestressed columns(beams、cloumns are all obligated prestressed tendon holes),make prestressed tendon throught the holes,before filling slurry bring prestressed stress into effect, prestressed tendons not only serve as assembled measure on construct phase,but also serve as enduring loads for reinforce bars on use phase.make assembled nodes and whole structure become the integer of endureing loads,consequently effectively improve node joints.get over disadvantages of endure-load capability of ubassemblage nodes,settle the problems that Prestressed Concrete frame is hard to assemble,forming Prestressed subassemblage Concrete frame. explores a new way for industrial production of prestressed structures.Use universal finite element program ansys10.0 to calculate solid model of the one-story-two-span prestressed subassemblage Concrete frame which has been experimented,analyses structure whole strength character、stress distributing and deflection distributing,using elasticity theory and plasticity theory to calculate structure deflection at normal use limit state and carrying capacity limit state,then analyses the similarities and differences of the experimental data and finite element results,evaluated structure safy on the base of the analysis.
