防爆液压提升机液压系统的故障树分析与研究

【摘要】 本文利用可靠性工程理论、计算机仿真理论、工程模糊理论、概率论以及油液污染控制理论,充分考虑防爆液压提升机的结构特点,对其液压系统进行故障树分析(FTA)与研究。通过对实际使用的提升机进行调查以及查阅相关资料,建造液压系统的故障树,进行可靠性仿真,判断系统的主要故障元件。根据主要故障元件模糊故障树分析结果,探讨造成这些元件发生故障的主要原因,提出相应的预防及改进措施,为提高提升机工作可靠性提供依据。最后,本文提出了基于提升机液压系统故障树的模糊故障诊断方法,给出了其计算模型,为提升机液压系统的故障诊断提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The thesis uses the theory of reliability engineering, the theory of computer emulation, the theory of engineering fuzzy, the theory of probability as well as the theory of oil pollution control. Considered fully the design feature of the explosion-proof hydraulic elevating conveyor, carries on the fault tree analysis and the research to its hydraulic system.Through carrying on the investigation and the consulting related data to the actual service elevating conveyor, constructing fault tree above hydraulic system as well as carrying on the reliable emulation to judge major failure elements of system. According to the analysis result of fuzzy fault tree of major failure elements, to discuss prime reasons about failure of these elements and propose the precautionary measures as well as the improvement measure. This job may provide basis for enhancing functional reliability above elevating conveyor.Finally, this thesis has proposed fuzzy fault diagnosis method based on the fault tree of hydraulic system of elevating conveyor and has given its computation model. This job provides the theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis above hydraulic system of elevating conveyor.
