放顶煤液压支架的力学分析及主要结构的设计

【摘要】 高产高效已是当今煤矿生产追求的目标,而高可靠性放顶煤液压支架的研制是高产高效目标能否实现的关键之一,正因如此,本文对综采放顶煤反四连杆液压支架进行了比较系统的研究。论文首先从设计观点出发,对综采放顶煤液压支架设计的技术要求进行了详细的阐述,然后以VB软件作为开发平台,编辑开发出来了液压支架的运动和受力分析系统,接着对支架主要承载部分的结构强度进行了有限元分析,指出支架应力分布特点。最后基于MATLAB和ANSYS软件中优化设计器对支架顶梁的箱体进行优化,为液压支架科学合理的设计提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 For the reason of the manufacture of high dependability dropping top coal hydraulic powered support is one key of whether the high yield and high efficiency-which is the collieries pursue today-can achieve, systematic study is necessary for top coal reverse four connecting-rods hydraulic powered support. Starting from the design point of view, elaborate the design technology of top coal reverse four connecting-rods hydraulic powered support, then according to VB, compile the system of movement of hydraulic powered support and force analysis, and analyze the structural intensity of the main stressed part of hydraulic powered support by the finite element method, point out the feature of the stress on the hydraulic powered support . At last, optimize the box body on the top beam of the hydraulic powered support using the optimizing design in matlab and ansys, provide the foundation of scientific and reasonable design for the hydraulic powered support.
