粉煤灰絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁的制备工艺研究

【摘要】 1.通过测定粉煤灰中铝、铁的浸出率对助溶剂NaCl、NaF、CaO、Na2CO3助溶效果进行了对比,提出了用Na2C03融熔来提高粉煤灰酸溶活性,并取得理想效果。2.对助溶、酸浸优化工艺条件进行研究,结果表明:当Na2CO3/SiO2比为0.5、焙烧时间为60min、焙烧温度为900℃时,铝、硅、铁的浸出率最高;通过正交试验确定出了最佳酸浸工艺条件为:用4mol/l盐酸,在110℃下搅拌浸取,浸取时间为1h。3.在絮凝剂的制备实验中,通过正交试验,确定出了制备聚硅酸铝铁的最佳工艺条件:Si:AL(mol:mol)为1:0.5、Si:Fe(mol:mol)为1:0.5、絮凝剂pH值为1.1时、熟化温度为60 oC,熟化时间2小时。4.用自制絮凝剂和模拟水样对絮凝剂用量、水样pH值、泥化剂种类对絮凝效果的影响进行了研究;用自制絮凝剂与聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁进行对比,结果表明:自制絮凝剂絮凝效果明显好于其他两种絮凝剂。

【Abstract】 1. The solubility promoter NaCl、NaF、CaO、Na2CO3 effects were compared By measuring solubilization ratio of aluminum and ferric. The Na2C03 melting methods used to increase the acid lixiviate property of fly ash were put forward。2. The researches on the optimums technology of solubility promotes and acid dissolves showed us that When Na2CO3/SiO2 ratio of 0.5, 60 minutes baking time, the temperature at 900 oC, the solubilization ratio of aluminum and ferric and silicon reaching highest .Through orthogonal experiments, the best acid dissolves conditions was 4mol/l HCL, Stired at 110°C for 1 hour.3.During the study of synthesize of the flocculants made from fly ash , the best technology conditions were studied by orthogonal experiments. Si:AL(mol:mol)=1:0.5 ,Si:Fe(mol:mol)= 1:0.5, pH value of the flocculants=1.1, ageing temperature=60 oC, ageing time=2hour.4.The influence of Dosage、simulative wastewater pH the kind of clay on the flocculation effect was studied by using synthesized flocculants and simulative wastewater . The synthesized flocculants compared with the PAC and PFS results showed : homemade flocculantion effect are clearly better than the other two.
